What do you have to turn off that's on TV because you can't stand the sound?

I just ran into the lounge from the kitchen because QI started. I hate the theme tune, I hate the claxons. I don't know if I'd like it as a quiz show because it's like listening to nails down a chalk board.
I had to stop watching Eastenders because of all the shouting.
Sports aren't great but football is a no go because of the crowd noise. Just as well DP isn't a football fan!
Anyone else got anything they have to turn off?

The narrator of the Sky true crime programme Snapped - Laura San Giacomo (I think it is)
The One show theme tune, and Alex Jones’ voice
Carol Kirkwood - weather woman who is OTT in cheeriness
Christine Still - gymnastics commentator, her voice grates on me

Queen on adds sick of hearing them in fact most adds.

BBC Breakfast when bloody Charlie Snayt and Naga Munchetty are on. Their arrogance and opinionated manner pisses me off, let alone having Munchetty’s personal views and attempts to be clever.

We're all different - I love Naga and Charlie - much better than Louise and Dan giggling and smiling!

I can't stand The One Show theme tune. Gets muted as does EE and Corrie.

I came on to say the One Show. I find the theme tune so screechy and jarring, and quite often the conversations are unnecessarily shouty. I turn the TV over immediately if I notice it's about to come on! Shame really because I'm sure it has some interesting content but the presentation gets right up my nose.

These days I tend to switch over the minute Eastenders comes on too.
And Mrs Bloody Brown's Boys.
