What do you have to turn off that's on TV because you can't stand the sound?

I just ran into the lounge from the kitchen because QI started. I hate the theme tune, I hate the claxons. I don't know if I'd like it as a quiz show because it's like listening to nails down a chalk board.
I had to stop watching Eastenders because of all the shouting.
Sports aren't great but football is a no go because of the crowd noise. Just as well DP isn't a football fan!
Anyone else got anything they have to turn off?

Yeeees I'm so with you on this I can't stand Qi theme tune I want them to pull the show it's gets under my skin!! if I'm tired and I hear it blast out I want to drop kick the tv also don't like quiz shows tried to watch ant and dec Saturday show but can't sit through it

One of those 999 emergency programmes about the hart team. The narrator's voice is so irritating. I think she has a Yorkshire accent, but it's nothing like mine; she says things like, "The victim... is in grerve dernger. They marght... not merke it out... alarve," in an overly serious and dramatic tone. Both dh and I rush to the remote to turn it over!

The Dreams advert, the woman from Gavin & Stacey does the voice over but the volume is ramped up and she seams to screech "Deams!" - Makes me jump when the ads come on.

There was an ad for nappies or something with babies giggling. I'm not generally a grinch and like to hear kids laugh but there was something about it that really grated.
