What do you have to turn off that's on TV because you can't stand the sound?

I just ran into the lounge from the kitchen because QI started. I hate the theme tune, I hate the claxons. I don't know if I'd like it as a quiz show because it's like listening to nails down a chalk board.
I had to stop watching Eastenders because of all the shouting.
Sports aren't great but football is a no go because of the crowd noise. Just as well DP isn't a football fan!
Anyone else got anything they have to turn off?

I usually have the bbc news channel on in the kitchen when I'm in there but I have to mute Nicola Sturgeon's monotone when she comes on.

The One Show theme and Alex Jones voice unfortunately. Michal Ball giggling also.

I try to never have it come on after the local news, I switch quickly.

I can't watch or listen to Johnson or any of his cabinet. The smarmy, greasy way they lie so deliberately makes me want to reach into the screen and punch them.

Robert Peston. Which is annoying as I'd like to listen to what he's got to say but it's impossible. Got to switch off.

And everything else on here except the birdsong in Gardeners' World.

You have reminded me of, "tweet of the day", some chirpy voice, "tweet of the day" then a bird noise that belongs to the lesser spotted jack rabbit and lives on on Shetland in November so you are never going to see / hear one unless you live in the one place it is common place and because of that you already know what it is.

This Morning. Aside from the cheesy presenters and crap content, it's the music: Particularly the tune that plays at the beginning and end of every ad break. It really really grates on me.

adult women speaking with that awful exaggerated vocal fry, it just sounds put on and stupid.
American reality shows such as chop shop with the loud ridiculous pretend arguing and the paranormal shows with grown men running around screeching and calling each other dude or pretending they've been scratched by a demon, when I die I'm going to come back as a ghost and frighten the shite out of them just for a laugh.

My late grandmother hated Tim Wonnacott's voice, she used to watch Bargaun Hunt with the subtitles on if he was presenting 😁

The Doctors theme tune. It makes me feel really low for some reason. Same with the Loose Women tune. My stomach just drops when I hear them. I wonder if it's something to do with my sahm mum years when I often felt miserable during the day.

The silly tune they play when they show the Pointless trophy is highly irritating.

And if you're on BBC HD and it goes to the local news you get that red screen and the stupid tune!

Another vote for football crowd noise. I've been sitting doing something before and suddenly realised I've started feeling on edge/wound up, and wondering why, only to realise football had come on the tv in the background.
