Boy boy girl or boy boy boy?

Which did you have, if you have 3 ( or more) DC? Just curious really. I have boy, boy and contemplating #3 but very unsure.

My father is one of five boys and has four daughters, one of his brothers has three daughters, another has two daughters, then the next has one boy, one girl and the last has two daughters.

I’m assuming that although it might be 50:50 what’s conceived, that doesn’t mean you’ll carry one of the “other” to term?

After looking at a few articles on the web, apart from the possible male genetic effect (which might make some difference in some families), the chances of having another boy after two boys don't move much from 50/50. Don't have a third unless you'd be genuinely happy with either sex. It's not fair on anyone. As far as I'm aware the chance of either sex is still around 50/50 though.

Interestingly, some studies suggest that, with two older brothers, your third DS would be more likely to be gay.

I do believe the theory that the closer to ovulation you have sex the more likely you are to have a boy(faster swimmers?) As I know when I conceived my daughter I didn't ovulate until a couple of days after.

I've also heard the same as other PP. If the first two children fathered by the same man are the same sex, any subsequent children from that man are slightly more likely to be of that sex.
