I'm just very intrigued! Mine is £800 a month.

£268

addictedtotheflats · 05/02/2021 01:17

£340. I need to over pay really.

caringcarer · 05/02/2021 01:33

Have to pay £700 but overpay so pay £1000. About 3 years left but very low interest rate 0.3 above base rate so 0.8 percent interest.

£750 and 28 years left!!!😞

Redsquirrel5 · 05/02/2021 01:54

£150 and DS3 pays rent of £150 so £300 and less than two years left. We have finished paying our family house 18mths ago. It is a great feeling. We are now doing some of the jobs that need doing again.

CarlottaValdez · 05/02/2021 04:47

£2100

It’s pretty scary at the moment with the way things are going.

namechange63524 · 05/02/2021 04:58

2350

icebearforpresident · 05/02/2021 05:12

£360 plus change with 11 years left. We accepted an offer on our house today though we’ll be paying off the balance and moving into temporary accommodation (not rented thankfully) and taking out a new one once we have found somewhere new. It’s highly likely it will be a much higher payment for the same term or a much longer term for a similar payment. The prospect of both are scary at 5am when you haven’t slept because you’ve been mulling over the prospect of moving in 4 weeks time (cash buyer, no onward chain and in Scotland where conveyancing move much quicker).

I know it’s all relative to your income and where you are but reading what some of you are paying is also freaking me out!

lovelemoncurd · 05/02/2021 05:14

£1134 a fifth of take home pay

NatMoz · 05/02/2021 05:14

I have 2 😱

Mortgage 1: £888
Mortgage 2: £280

= £1168 combined.

CallmeAngelina · 05/02/2021 05:19

14% of take-home pay. Finish in around a year.

PurBal · 05/02/2021 05:51

£650 but we overpay £200. Moving soon and it'll be £900 and going on maternity leave so won't be able to overpay which stresses me out a bit. We don't like paying the minimum, prefer there to be a buffer.

LALALife · 05/02/2021 05:59

£2600 once you do the currency conversion

Bluesheep8 · 05/02/2021 06:35

Why do you want to know?

Rowenasemolina · 05/02/2021 06:39

I’m amazed what a small percent of income that some of these are.

Mines paid off now, but was about 70- 75% of my pay for 25 years. I thought that was normal

lachy · 05/02/2021 06:42

£890.

speakout · 05/02/2021 06:50

10% of combined income.

Trinacham · 05/02/2021 06:52

It was £640, now £278
