Zero. We've just finished paying it off. So pleased.

ThereWillBeSun · 04/02/2021 23:42

Just under 800. We had 55% equity when we bought it nearly 18 months ago.

TheSmallAssassin · 04/02/2021 23:44

Ours was £528 and then an extra £257 for our loft extension, but we've paid it off in the last couple of years.

userxx · 04/02/2021 23:45

Less than £200.

More than I want to pay but a lot less than rent for the equivalent.

£1487 - 27 years left! It's about 20% of our joint income.

Itsamess8456 · 05/02/2021 00:07

£453 but I overpay an extra £300pm. Now only 2 tears to go - it's come down incredibly quickly with overpayments

2018SoFarSoGreat · 05/02/2021 00:07

Ours was 3300 a month (EEK) 15 year, low rate fixed. We sold and bought in a much cheaper neighborhood, so cash buy. We've continued to put that amount into our retirement funds though, so still disappears every month.

Locally, 3300 would not cover rent for a 1 bed apartment now, so not as bad as it sounds.

Jumanji89 · 05/02/2021 00:08

£680 is our committed payment but we pay £1100 including the overpayment

14% of take home pay, roughly £1300/mth with 13yrs left.

HotFloppyBread · 05/02/2021 00:48

£33.50 per week, which is a decent deal considering we live in a deflated bouncy castle on Southport prom.
