Lodger has a ONS in his room

And normally it wouldn’t bother me but he’s already bubbled with his TA at work. I knew something was a miss when I got up at 530 for work and one of the stray cats from out side was asleep on my kitchen chair! Normally he’s so good he lets me know if someone’s staying and he hasn’t had anyone over since this lockdown. Should I say anything I can hear them having a good time or should I just turn the radio up and get ready for work?😃

@Orchidflower1 being a nurse doesn’t mean that the op can’t have a sense of humour. In fact if anything we are reliant on a laugh at the moment.

Just because op hasn’t got up, spotted that someone is in with her lodger and called the police or banged on the door to confront them doesn’t mean she’s lying about her job.

We are all busy, we are all tired. A little light relief really helps! Maybe she’s going to speak to him later, maybe she will pick her battles. You don’t know.

I don’t think people are friends with op in rl, we are just enjoying the humour.

There are no lights on despite me falling through the door and banging about looking for the cat food and running back out again I think he’s in a deep slumber. My girl is not impressed with all the stranger in and out both feline and human. Who knows what she’s seen today? The black cat doesn’t appear to have left his box all day.

I’ve shoved the wine into the freezer. I need one reading some of these replies🙄 honestly, can’t we have a laugh anymore? I never made any of it up and I loved reading the funny bits on my break. Some people need to lighten up. Cheers!

Yes I think so it’s hard to tell though because he always has head phones on. Either the pod things that make you look abit daft or the big old school ones which are my style too. He listens to a comedy I can’t remember the name of it but it sounds like family guy (it isn’t) I made him listen to Dear Joan and Jericha whilst I was making the Xmas Dinner bless him it must’ve been like watching shagging on telly with your parents I didn’t realise it would be so graphic😃 very funny though,

I can’t keep him, I don’t mind feeding him and I would never see him go cold though.

That is one very suave and self assured dapper gentleman. We need a pic of lodger too so we can make complimentary comments

He has emerged and I have directed him but I guess I can ask for it to go. He is very happy and lovely I have so many young nurses at work I want to set him up with but that ship has sailed now it seems 😄
