@ChrissyPlummer

All the drinks that are now stuffed full of sweetener - bring back the full sugar versions!

Morning Burst (or something like that) porridge in strawberry & cream flavour. You can get original and golden syrup in pound shops but the strawberry disappeared without a trace.

M & S yoghurt gums, loved these.

M & S Deltas.

Benefit Playstix - the best stick foundation I’ve used, so of course they discontinued it.

Yes to playstix!

Pyramint

Lulalulabelle · 17/01/2021 18:09

@LagneyandCasey I LOVED those cupcakes too. The orange were amazing!

Deathraystare · 17/01/2021 18:10

M&S Onion Tarte tatin - it was lovely! Shame they no longer do it.

CassandraCross · 17/01/2021 18:11

@LagneyandCasey

The cupcakes made by The Fabulous Baking boys. They were delicious, especially the orange and lemon ones. I think they disappeared about 10 years ago.
Oh yes! I remember them they were delicious.
Diverseduvet · 17/01/2021 18:11

Toffos, particularly the mixed flavour tube.

Sunbird24 · 17/01/2021 18:12

Sara Lee pecan danish

namechangetogamechange · 17/01/2021 18:14

This thread is nostalgic!

Flavoured tofos!

CrochetOrBust · 17/01/2021 18:14

Cadbury’s Fuse (but with proper Cadbury’s chocolate, not the current version)
Pickled onion Discos

challengenotaccepted · 17/01/2021 18:14

@Gingerbeerfear

Cremola foam
Creamola foam is back. The family that originally made it has started making it again. Something like mccandlish farms I think. I had no clue what it even was but googled it after my husband always spoke about it from his childhood.
Ohdeariedear · 17/01/2021 18:15

Cheese and bacon wotsits

marmitecake · 17/01/2021 18:15

Lymeswold cheese!

Not really a 'product' but if I could get my hands on Butterscotch Tart from my 1970s/1980s school dinner days, I'd be delighted (anyone?).

Findus Cheese Crispy Pancakes. Used to regularly burn my tongue on them.

Those thin little pastel coloured sticks of rock/confectionery you could buy in a sweet shop, slightly chewy - those!

Most popular chocolate brands in their original size. Looking at you Cadburys Creme Eggs.

peak2021 · 17/01/2021 18:16

Orange kitkats.

TheLibraryIsOpen · 17/01/2021 18:17

Texan bars - although they would rip out my teeth now.
And I second Toffo mixed but again teeth may prevent me enjoying them.
Weekend Chocolates - my grandad always used to arrive on a Sunday with some.
Harlequin biscuits.

WeAreHalfWayThere · 17/01/2021 18:17

M&S used to do a ready meal when I was at university which was pasta with mushrooms and cream - it was absolutely delicious

Mrstwiddle · 17/01/2021 18:18

The original cocoa pops, thanks to a kindly poster on here though I have discovered that Waitrose coco pops are just as good :)

EssentiallyDelighted · 17/01/2021 18:18

Another vote for Worcestershire Sauce twiglets, loved them.

SinkGirl · 17/01/2021 18:20

Romantica
Gu salted caramel hot chocolate in a carton

And if anyone from 7Bone is reading this, I will NEVER forgive you for stopping selling cock scratchings (which sound gross but were like pork scratchings made from chicken skin) and were the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten and now they do not exist - so cruel. They discontinued them when I first got pregnant, and I have boycotted them ever since - I am not going back until they bring them back (or tell me how to make them).

twolittlebears · 17/01/2021 18:20

Frozen cream sticks! My mum used to put one in my hot porridge as a child. I thought I'd made that memory up I was so young!

LBunz · 17/01/2021 18:21

Sainsbury’s New York sandwich
Co op do a good one, but it isn’t the same.

Urgh yes!! There is something missing from the Coop one that I don’t know what it is, but it’s not the same!!

The Fabulous Baker Boys Lemon Cupcakes were amazing! I haven’t actually thought about them in so long but, oh so good!!

Nestle used to do a chocolate bar called Secret which must have gotten discontinued in the 90s sometime. It had a sort of bird's nest chocolate outer with a creamy mousse center similar to the inside of a Walnut Whip. They came in a white protective card sleeve and had a gold wrapper with the word Secret written on it in purple.

VienneseWhirligig · 17/01/2021 18:21

marmite I think you mean Edinburgh rock? You can get it on amazon!

Ohdeariedear · 17/01/2021 18:21

Cadbury’s ‘puds’ - they were Christmas things, it was the size of a golf ball, but made of two half’s, this chocolate with a praline filling. I can taste it now!

Actually it’s probably best for me if they don’t come back...🤣

MrsWooster · 17/01/2021 18:22

I’d completely forgotten about the M&S cheesey vegetable pasty- that was LUSH. Also another vote for old fashioned pre-palm-oil Cadbury’s chocolate.

Tenementfunster · 17/01/2021 18:22

Waitrose egg curry

1forAll74 · 17/01/2021 18:24

Germolene original ointment. My late Grandmother, late Mum and myself were never without a tin, as it was ace for very quick healing for all things skin related.. The cream or lotion stuff is rubbish..
