Imho some of the best: Amazon, Argos, Naked Wines, Skinnytan, AO, EE.
All great, no quibbles, friendly and helpful.

Worst: Sports Direct, Holland & Barrett, Zara.

On line I've found zara, mango and h andm flawless.

They have been amazing over lock down, however in store I've never come across such stuck up rude Cs than zara!
In Spain, France, Belgium, UK...

Loveholidays....absolutely dreadful

Hermes absolutely awful where we are. In one week they delivered two parcels which weren't ours and there's no way to contact them without a tracking number, which I didn't have because they weren't our parcels. In the end I had to redeliver one myself going out of my way and then when the Hermes driver stopped in the road outside our neighbour to hurl their parcel out at the roadside I made him take the other one wrongly delivered, even though I don't expect it will get delivered. In the same week they failed to deliver anything I had ordered citing that our address (where we lived for 8 years) was not able to be located, and despite the fact they had delivered two other peoples parcels there, and then the same day an 'incident in the area'.
Lakeland, Next andM&S are pretty good.

I've been impressed with Three (made and error and rectified it without any hassle), Asda have been good too. Plenty of Companies I use that others mention, but I've never needed Customer Service because they don't give me reason to like First Direct, Plusnet, Amazon.

Worst: BT are on my hitlist. I've had them out twice to my Dad because his internet is dire and when you phone him you can't hear anything over the crackling and hissing, it's really upsetting him as neither of us live local and rely on phone and internet communications. They tell us over and over they can't find a fault. I've changed everything within the house so there IS a fault. They are not interested.

Worst by a country mile and I'm so surprised that they've not been mentioned on this list more than once : SCOTTISH POWER. Hateful company of complete incompetants. Fined by the watchdog for their utter inability to run their business and still doing the same things 2 years later. I've had 4 years of their nonsense, complaints take about 6 months and ombudsman to sort out, I'm on my third complaint now, because this time they've decided that me paying my account by DD regularly and in credit is not enough - they've created a whole new account for my DH (same address, same meter number) and billed him for over £3,000 for Gas I already pay for. And they're threatening him with baliffs, despite admitting twice that they've made a mistake and promising to sort it out - 3 months I'm into sorting this mess out. I can't move to another supplier because of the royal mess they keep making of my account.
