Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

Breakfast was baguette (left over) with ham, cheese and avocado.

Lunch was a (rushed between zooms) cheese toastie and a mango.

Dinner will be casseroled Pork shoulder with paprika and green peppers, broccoli, rice.

B: Cream cheese on rye bread
L: 3 eggs (scrambled) on rye bread
D: Homemade creamy chicken soup and.....rye bread

Lots of tea/coffee/water

Just realised writing this down, no fruit or veg today (it's been a really busy day) so must try harder tomorrow.
I'm trying to lose the 1/2 stone from last lockdown so pretty happy that I haven't eaten loads.

Snacks 2 hobnobs dipped in tea

B: Bowl of cornflakes with milk, 2 cups of tea

L: 2 slices tiger bread with butter, cheese and tomatoes and a packet of salt & vinegar crisps. Club orange biscuit and a cuppa

D: Homemade beef stew and a bit more tiger bread with butter on Blush. Big glass of orange squash

S: Small bowl of cornflakes with milk and a peppermint tea

I’ve gone crazy this week. Today I’ve eaten:

B - avocado, scrambled eggs and tomatoes
Lunch - vegan Mac and cheese then a Lori yogurt with frozen fruit
Snacks - Nutella off the spoon and a packet of cheese and onion crisps.

D: (will be) hairy bikers prawn and chive omelette

Breakfast: sleeping Grin
Lunch: 2 wholemeal pitta with hummous.
Dinner: veggie chilli with homemade fries (made in actifty) with some mozzarella (healthier version of chilli cheese fries and delicious too!).

Will probably have a lindalhs kvarg yogurt to follow. Perhaps a fruit or veg snack too as only the veggie chilli contains my 5 a day today! Ooops!

Breakfast: Coffee, slice of spelt bread and butter.

Lunch: Chickpea salad, one slice bread and butter, a pear and some Greek yogurt.

Snack: Homemade apple cake.

Also two white coffees.

No idea about tea yet, kids are having filled pasta. Possibly left over dahl and rice.

Snack: Banana and satsuma, tea

Lunch: Macdonalds sweet chilli chicken wrap, chips and Diet Coke

Snack: 4 rich tea biscuits, tea

Dinner: might be chicken noodle soup and definitely need to drink some water!

L: veggie soup and an apple

Snacks: water biscuits, cheese and grapes, ready salted crisps

Later: baked potato and low fat home made coleslaw

Breakfast: 1 and a half Danish pastries
Snack: 3 minstrels and 2 packs of wotsits
Lunch: roast potatoes, roast aubergine slices, carrots, sprouts, gravy
Snack: 2 satsumas, 1 pack walkers cheese and onion crisps, 10 pieces dime dairy milk

Tea will be veggie cottage pie and then maybe a hot chocolate.

Breakfast - 2 pieces of wholemeal toast

Lunch - greggs sausage roll and packet of salt and vinegar squares

Dinner - sausages, mash, peas, carrots and gravy.

Not much fruit or veg eaten at all today but I’ll survive.

Today: a cheese, tomato and mayo sandwich at lunchtime

Nothing else yet except a couple of my son's sweets.

Gonna have chilli for dinner

S - banana
L - salad with Mexican chicken and avocado
Raw nut and date bar
S - Brazils and dried apricots, fudge bar
D - filled pasta, pesto, bacon, tender stem broccoli.
Disappointing custard donut.

Gallons of tea and decaf coffee, not enough water

Breakfast: bacon sandwich. Lunch: the final slice of that bloody quiche thing with some radishes and beetroot. Dinner: vegetarian chilli con carne, bit of rice.

Plus three teas, home made mocha and lots of squash.

Achieved my 60g protein goal.

Mid-morning snack: a whole bag of Haribo Starmix (work stress, it's not acceptable to drink gin during the working day)

Lunch: fried rice left over from last night's dinner

Dinner: pasta carbonara

Lunch - rice with roasted vegetables and tofu
Dinner - jacket potato with cheese, a bit of Caesar salad and some slaw.
Pears for snacks and a bit of flapjack.

B- cinnamon porridge sachet with almond milk
S- 2 plums, a shortbread biscuit
L- itsu katsu instant noodles
S- popchips, a banana
D- spaghetti bolognese (half mince, half mushrooms)
S- chocolate and vanilla cornetto, handful M&Ms b/c we went to Costco and bought a kilo of them!

2 minstrels (found in bottom of shopping bag).

Jacket potato, butter, cauliflower cheese, ham, peas.

2 mugs of tea.
