Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

A small pepper and red onion pizza
A brownie

Yesterday was:
Coffee X2

Ham and toast
Handful of strawberries

Shredded chicken
Teriyaki sauce
Scallions
Mushrooms
Red peppers
Little gem
Cucumber
Bao buns

Chocolate and hazelnut cookies X2

B: 2 x black coffee with 1 sugar
L: 2 weetabix with whole milk
D: I can't believe it's not Sunday roast beef
Snack: 2 diet cokes, 2 peanut butter cookies.
I am trying not to end November looking like a beached whale.

Gosh these threads make me feel like a right glutton!

B: half a grapefruit, avacado and egg on wholemeal toast. Very Milky coffee.
L: Bowl of leftover mushroom, leek and squash creamy pasta.
D: Thai green vegetable curry, brown rice and quinoa. Couple of scoops of ice cream.
S: Clemtines x 2. Kinder bar. Handful of almonds.
Drinks: Tonic water. A lot of peppermint tea.

Not pregnant, not been on a 10k, not having a bad day. This is standard Grin

B- a cup of decaf tea
D- a bowl of minted lamb stew
T- a big bag of cheese and onion crisp ,two jars of cockles and a can of lager , I have also drank about 5 more decaf tea during the day and at the minute I'm eyeing up some Ritter sport chocolate

B : 2 huge mugs of tea
L : 2 fresh croissants (dry - they don't need fillings) and a square of home made flapjack
Snack : more tea and flapjack
Dinner : Vodka and coke, 2 glasses of wine. Few slices of salami and pate on bread. Tiny tub of ice-cream with hot nutella sauce. Shot or two of home made liquer. Hic.

B: Bowl of cornflakes with milk, 2 cups of tea

L: 2 crumpets with butter, a banana and a cup of tea. Bottle of water

S: More tea and 4 custard cream biscuits

D: Homemade ham & cheese tortilla pizza with cucumber and cherry tomatoes. A couple of squares of galaxy and a big glass of squash

and a peppermint tea before bed

Breakfast: poached egg and avocado on toast with Tabasco and coffee and orange juice. Much enjoyed as I've been skipping breakfast recently!
Lunch: homemade potato and leek soup with croutons, actimel yoghurt
Supper: baked potato, roast chicken and salad with Greek yoghurt. Wine! 😃
Lots of peanuts. Need to stop buying those...

B - sourdough toast and peanut butter
S - raw cashew and date bar
L - cheese, salad and salad cream wrap, Brazil nuts and apricots, grapes, small chocolate cupcake
S - pea snacks
Red wine...dinner will be homemade sourdough pizza and more wine. Maybe chocolate.

Breakfast: muesli with milk
Lunch: beans on toast (whole tin of beans, 2 slices toast) and a slice of melon
Inadvertent snack: most of a Lindt bear (I did offer it round but not much of it went so...)
Dinner will be spinach lentil and potato curry, maybe with crispy onions

Currently eating giant chocolate buttons.

Usually I eat more but I woke up with a food hangover from the curry I ate last night.

Breakfast: nothing

Dinner: strawberry muller rice (heated)

Afternoon: 2 cups of tea and 3 mint viscounts

Tea: haven’t had yet but likely to be southern fried chicken and salad wraps with chips and coleslaw

Later: possibly a bottle of Pinot Grigio

Before bed: cup of tea and some biscuits

Not the healthiest of days I will admit 😂🙈

3 carrots with hummus, handful macadamia nuts
Big slice of Swiss roll, yoghurt
Bowl of lentil dahl, slice of cheese, handful of peanuts, half a Ritter Sport bar (50g), 7 chocolate biscuits
Lashings and lashings of tea with milk

D: will be loaded sweet potato fries with chicken and home made flatbread. Friday is usually take away night, so we're trying a 'fake-away' we saw on Eat Well For Less.
