Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

Breakfast - Philadelphia dipper snack pot and an apple

Snack - several cups of coffee

Lunch - Tom Yum soup

Dinner - chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese, jalapeños and wrapped in Parma ham with crushed new potatoes and a red onion salad

I'm really surprised at how little people eat (or am I jusy a greedy cow)
I've had 2 slices of toast for breakfast
A handful nuts for a snack
1 and a half sandwiches, half a packet of crisps, a biscuit, fruit salad for lunch
Banana for snack
Chicken mash and veg for dinner.

I'm slim and do a lot of exercise but now I'm wondering is this too much. I was genuinely hungry for it though

Loads of coffee

Dried figs, an apple
A turkey and cheddar sandwich
Leek and potato soup

A bowl of apple sauce
Cottage cheese

BBC good food cod in thyme, mash, carrots.

Slice of a fritta/quiche thing and salad for lunch.

80g cod with sautéed asparagus, tomato and truffle lentils from a packet thing for dinner. Cod was accidental. Thought I'd got steak out the freezer which would have been better.

One chocolate button.

One tea, one home made mocha, 2.5 beers.

Earl grey. 2 biscoffi biscuits. Mini kit Kat.

Tomato & herb pastry thing. Instant supernoodles.

Earl grey, nesquik chocolate (similar to kinder).

Steak McCoy's - titchy multipack bag.

A few slices of oven pizza.

Some cheese niknaks. Chocolate icecream.

Today was not a good day 😔

Porridge
A fake pizza as two tortillas covered in cheese, ham and tomato
I made a huge bolognaise and turned half in to a lasagne had it with some mixed veg

B - porridge made with skimmed milk and water, fruit syrup

L - 4 ryvitas with laughing cow light and tomato

D - Homemade turkey chilli, brown rice and half fat grated cheese.

Yesterday...

Breakfast-Sausage and mushroom butty.

Lunch - avocado on toast topped with paprika creamy mushrooms.

Dinner -Homemade fake chicken, leek and mushroom pie with tenderstem and asparagus.

A piece of chocolate and some white wine in the evening.

Soooo
Many mushrooms. I’ve had better days.

Breakfast: Gr yog and cherries, a pear, a coffee.
Lunch: Curried parsnip soup, cheese on one slice spelt toast (both homemade).

snaccident: Box of Monty Bojangle truffles (bought as an Xmas present, oops)

Tea: probably some fruit after the c500cal snack.
Also two coffess and a squash so far.

Breakfast: 2 x low carb toast and 2 x coffee
Lunch: slice of ham, boiled egg, cheese and a bit of Mayo.
Tea: this will be pulled pork and celeriac chips.

Two slices of toast and two hard boiled eggs

Two babybels, two chicken sausages, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, mayo. Grated cheddar. Couple of ryvitas. Scoop of ice cream.

Dinner will be onion, mushroom, broccoli, spinach and prawn stirfry followed by more ice cream. Possibly a bag of crisps.

About 15 mugs of tea with almond milk.

Breakfast 40g porridge oats make with 160ml s/s milk and some sweetener.

Lunch baked potato, 40g reduced fat cheddar, small salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion and balsamic glaze.

Dinner is a pasta bake which is spinach, peppers, garlic, chilli flakes and passata plus the usual pasta and cheese Grin.

I have around 100cals left for a lindahls kvarg yogurt.

Brunch - Tea, 4 sesame crisp bread with Turkey, reduced fat soft cheese and tomato

Dinner - 3 slices of cooked gammon joint and salad

Snacks banana, 3 packs of french fries crisps!!

Two litres of water and will have a cup of tea later tonight

Breakfast: Porridge with a banana and some sultanas

Lunch: Chicken mayo, pesto and avocado (homemade fake Pret!) sandwich with cucumber and baby tomatoes

Snack: Decaff black coffee and two Biscoff cream biscuits

Dinner: Will be sausage, mash and beans (DH's turn to choose, hence total lack of proper veg Hmm)

Evening: Cup of peppermint tea and something from the treat cupboard, probably a Mr Kipling cherry bakewell. I'd like to pretend it's because today has been Not The Best at work, but tbh the snack cupboard gets broken into most evenings after DS is asleep!

Lunch - Blueberry muffin, lemon drizzle bar, nuts and a banana
Dinner - Thai curry and rice
Snacks - Black coffee with one sugar

I like these threads, I get loads of ideas from them.
Why do other people's meals always sound so much nicer than your own? 😁

For me, breakfast was a big old bowl of strawberries and blueberries topped with lemon curd yoghurt and mixed seeds. And a coffee.

Lunch was chicken salad (a huge one! I don't do dainty portions)

Dinner will be sausage, sweet potato wedges and whatever veg falls out of the freezer.

Plus several caffeine free colas and a handful of Brazil nut toffees. The rest of the toffees are far from safe.

Left over tacos for lunch
Vegetable paella for dinner is cooking away.

2 cans of coke
Might have a cider....

Ran 5 miles first thing and rode my lovely horse for half an hour and obviously all yard chores so mucked out etc.

B- cinnamon porridge sachet made up with almond milk
S- 2 plums
L- itsu katsu instant noodles, popchips
S- fibre one popcorn bar, banana
D- cajun chicken breast, sweet potato fries (air fryer) and steamed baby corn
S- 2 crumpets with peanut butter, 2 fig rolls
