Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

2 mugs of coffee, black with real sugar
a plate of couscous
lots of water
1 mug of black tea with real sugar
a small piece of pide with a slice of young gouda
a bar of chocolate

Breakfast: milky coffee and porridge (with coconut, Nutella and almond butter)
Lunch: leftover veggie enchiladas
Snack: mini pack of buttons
Dinner: JO sweet leek carbonara, can of Coke, galaxy ripple

I really need to cut out the coke and chocolate

B- Nothing
L- 1/2 turkey, stuffing and cranberry toastie.
Bag of crisps and a bottle of full fat coke.
T- 2 slices of pizza, chips and a piece of chicken.
S- 2 slices of fruit loaf.

Breakfast - Apple and a coffee
Lunch - Tuna, salad leaves, soy chilli ginger dressing, slice baguette
Dinner- Salmon fillet, fish sticks, stir fry vegetables, sweet chilli sauce

And then (!!) Blueberry muffin and packet crisps. Oh dear.

Breakfast - 1 brioche roll eaten on the way to work
Lunch - veg and noodles microwave meal
That's it. Just got home from work, not really hungry which is surprising.

Brunch was 2 wholemeal toast with 3 bacon medallions and a poached egg.

Dinner was 2 rosemary and red onion veggie sausages, mash (made with egg), carrots, cabbage and broccoli with gravy.

Snack was 2 crackers and 2 baby bel light.

I'm sticking to 1200 cals a day as losing weight (lost 2st 3.5 so far, 3 more to go!).

Tea - chilli con carne (day 3) and mashed potato.

Leftover tomato and kale pasta, apple salad

Tea, 2 chocolate malted milk biscuits

Ramen with tones of veg and leftover roast pork

Homemade shake with banana , raspberries , skim milk and protein powder

Half packet fresh basil and ricotta tortellini with spoon of green pesto
Half tin of light rice pudding with large spoon of stewed apple
2 cups of tea

McDonald's hot chocolate

Rest of tortellini with pesto and a chicken breast.
Fat free Greek lemon yoghurt
2 cups of tea

Mini bar of sea salt dark milk chocolate
Mug of hot milk ( skimmed)
3 chocolate digestive

I have chronic pmt today which explains the sugar and chocolate overload this evening Blush

Breakfast - porridge in a pot (ready made mix), apple juice

Elevenses (at 9) - cereal bar

Lunch - tuna and pasta salad, bit of apple, choc biscuit

Bit later - choc biscuit

Dinner - Mexican restaurant takeout - quesadillas, cauliflower fried things, dips and salad. Tango orange

Disclaimer - pregnant and renovating a kitchen. We only have a temp kitchen in hallway at the mo!

2 x weetabix & a few shreddies with whole milk, plus cup of tea.

2 x sourdough - 1 with fried egg, one with mashed avocado (with olive oil/ chilli flakes & lemon)
Apple

Aubergine parmigiana with greens.

Evening snack was more sourdough with peanut butter & cup of earl grey.

Dinner: pesto spaghetti
Snacks: two chocolate mousse thingies and half bar dark choc 😬🙈

S: 2 rich tea biscuits and a tea with milk

D: bacon and egg on toast, glass of squash

and a peppermint tea before bed

Having an IBD flare up so temporarily eating low fibre, really missing fruit and veg!

Breakfast (elevenses really) - Belvita breakfast biscuits

Lunch - cheese and ham sandwich on wholemeal and a packet of mini cheddar

Dinner - homemade squash soup and a wholemeal roll followed by a yoghurt

Lots of exercise today as I was moving offices over three floors with no lift (or help).

Lunch: homemade curried parsnip soup, homemade bread and butter (1.5 slice), slice homemade apple cake (guess how I'm spending lockdown!)
Dinner: Bean burger thingy, red rice with feta and lemon.
Also one hot choc, two teas
I small glass cider.
