Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

A bacon and egg sandwich.
4 after eights
Half a corn on the cob
Potato wedges
Chilli con carne (lots of tomatoes, onions and kidney beans)

Numerous cups of tea!

Breakfast: Two slices of granary toast with butter and marmite

Lunch : Homemade butternut squash and red pepper soup with an English muffin with butter
Crunch corner yoghurt

Snack : banana

Tea : red pepper and mozzarella parcel, chips, carrots and Brussels sprouts

Drinks: lots of black coffee, water and mint tea and I'll probably have a glass of wine later.

Breakfast - none, I do 16:8 fasting so just black coffee, green tea and water
Lunch - stir fried chicken with half ton of vegetables and gallon of soy sauce
Dinner - Bolognese with cauliflower rice

I’m trying lo-carb as I love bread and rice and fasting has only got me so far with weight loss. I miss my old diet!

Toasted sandwich with salad and sparkling water

Omelette

I dont eat after 6pm.
Just water (or wine)

Breakfast- half an M&S turkey feast sandwich

Lunch- the other half of the sandwich

Dinner- home made parsnip & potato mash cottage pie

Snacks - crinkle crisps

Going to have a chocolate ding pudding with custard shortly .

3 coffees (splash of milk)

Spinach/banana/peanut butter smoothie

Lunch was leftover veggie spag bol

Dinner was a brown rice stir fry with tofu, cabbage, mushrooms, green pepper and avocado

Having a glass of red wine now and there’s a clementine cake floating around the kitchen in case the urge strikes during bake off!

I've missed this thread!

B- cinnamon porridge sachet made with almond milk
L- itsu katsu instant noodles
S- 1/2 a giant home made nyc style chocolate chip cookie
D- teryaki beef stir fry with egg fried rice (1/2 a microwave pouch)

I will also snack later, I've planned two crumpets with peanut butter and a couple of cadburys heroes.

Breakfast coffee and two boiled eggs
Snack x 2 fruit bread.
Lunch homemade lentil soup.
Snack couple teaspoons Nutella.

Dinner fish and chips.
I’m now drinking wine and had two squares of chocolate. I’m having a bad day.

I'm working nights so mine is a little strange 😂

Around 1am cake bar

3am prawn pasta, yoghurt

5am banana

7am cake (too many baked goods at work!)

10am 2 weetabix, milk and banana when I got home

Will have tea around 8pm before work

Aiming to eat less treats at work tonight!

Breakfast - slice of toast and poached egg and tea

Lunch- baked potatos with prawns and salad

Snack - a ryvita with reduced fat Philadelphia, slice of turkey and a slice of tomato

Dinner - cajun chicken nachos with jalapenos.

Brunch- 2 eggs and 4 sausages. Eggs were meant to be dippy yolks but I left the shells closed too long whilst hanging my washing on the airer

Tea- half a steak and chips. Half because I watched the other half suddenly disappear off my plate. This is the culprit right here 😼

Ok I had a deadline today...

Cornflakes with porridge oats half a banana, milk and greek yoghurt
A tuna panini, packet of choc raisins and a green smoothie
Haddock gluten free goujons, brocolli, courgette
Half a persimmon
Few macadamias, goji berries
Several herbal tea

Breakfast porridge made with halff water half milk with blob of yoghurt a banana and some blueberries
Lunch homemade lentil soup with 5 buttered ryvita
Some dried fruit.
Not sure I want any dinner but it could be some more soup. And I will eat an orange and drink tea and decaff coffee

Breakfast - muesli with orange juice and Greek yoghurt, decaf coffee
Banana for mid morning snack
Lunch - carrot and coriander soup, apple
Brazil nuts, almonds and sultanas for snack
Dinner - spag bol, salad.

Dh has a loaf of sourdough in the oven so I won't be able to resist a slice of that later. He's back on the lockdown cliche big time.

Working nights:
3.30am ham sandwich, crisps and satsuma
9am tiramisu
2.30pm quavers and Jaffa cake bar
4pm 2 digestives and a fudge
6pm turkey burger with pineapple and cheese, skinny fries

I crave crap when I’m working nights and really need to stop

Lunch: 3 oatcakes, with low fat chilli houmous, chilli olives
Satsuma
Dinner vege meatballs and bolgnaise sauce (slow cooker) bit of spaghetti.
2 small cans of beer.
That's me being healthy and 'restrictive'. I used to eat and drink whatever I wanted, but started worrying about my weight recently.
