My neighbours who are in their 80s have their son visiting INSIDE THEIR HOUSE which is NOT ALLOWED where we are.

Should I call the police, the army or just perform a citizen’s arrest against these lawless rule breakers who will KILL US ALL?

I preform caring duties for an elderly neighbour, I do all her shopping, put it away, carry stuff up stairs for her, arrange newspapers, cut her hair & toe nails, stop her from getting lonely. I don’t care about breaking the rules, she hasn’t got anyone else and needs help. Maybe he’s doing similar?
