When he decides whether he needs to go to work or can work from home, and can catch a bus but only if essential, or maybe he can walk but not for more than an hour... And it's Tuesday so it's safe to go to a restaurant for breakfast.

I spent the night dreaming I waas Boris and trying to hide. I went on a steam train, and to the Heineken museum amongst other places. (This is a case where the truth is wierder than any fictional answer I could come up with!)
