Take a nap. Keep procrastinating until it gets boring.

Because they lack the culinary flair needed to create such a... concoction.

Why can't I manage having Arabic and French in my head at the same time? (This is a serious question. I can handle one or the other, but not both - I start mixing them up. This does not happen with German or Dutch. I am confused.)

Because you are also thinking in Aramaic & Occitan at the same time whilst your Greyhounds who only understand Finnish are biting your toes.
Your Hungarian Lurcher speaks Dutch/German/East Frisian perfectly & has taught you well.
I would lock yourself in the airing cupboard for a bit to recover.
