To feel like Princess Beatrice has played a blinder!!!

She has managed to make be feel all emotional seeing her in the Queen’s dress and tiara. Didn’t think any Royal bride could top Kate but think Beatrice might have managed it by going ultra low-key.

yes she looked amazing. an understated but still a very striking dress, its so unique.

its going to be timeless in photos in years to come. very fairy tale-ish or something. the sleeves were a very nice addition. her tiara was perfect with the lines of the dress detail. the flowers also set off the dress too.

i'd like to see more details of jewellery and eye make up as she does have quite prominent eyes.

i think Beatrice is an attractive girl, not conventionally but interesting looking and in the last couple of years has really found herself style wise for on-duty events etc.

Oh my goodness, I don’t care about the royals or wedding dresses much but those photos are delicious and the happy, traditional vibe from them is gorgeous. Very classy.

I think she looks wonderful and I really love the flower arch.

Some women see their wedding day as the day for the focus to be on them and an almost adult version of playing at dress up. Beatrice was born a princess so doesn’t need to do that as she has had a lifetime doing so.

Although let’s be honest here, this so-called-low-key wedding is showing a bride wearing a tiara worth millions of pounds with a backdrop of an extremely expensive flower display.

No whinging no fussing just wedding im very happy for her apparently she isn't as into fuss and ceremony as her sister so a nice quiet wedding less than 20 people is perfect for her

If only the press would stop calling it "secret" it was PRIVATE it ticked all the boxes for a lockdown wedding

She looks stunning.

IMO her past fashion sense has been questionable and not done her justice; it’s lovely to see her looking so beautiful.

Yes, I completely agree. I have never been fond of her in the past (probably completely unfair association with her parents) but she looks beautiful, the dress divine and the wedding charming. The dress alterations are exquisite.

The photo of the Queen and Prince Philip gazing over to her and her new husband is especially lovely - there is a real sense of intimacy and a loving granny.

I think this is shaping up to be my favourite royal wedding ever! The vintage style of the dress really suits her, and the history behind it, as well as the fact that there is clearly a very special bond between Bea and her grandmother, makes it all the more special.

I've always thought of the York girls as vapid dollybirds as per their 'Windsors' characters, but I'm beginning to have a rethink.

Ooh yes the flowers are perfect also - including that glorious arch.

I’m surprised to say it, but I think she’s the most elegant yet, and was absolutely glowing.

She looks lovely. She was lucky to be able to choose a Norman Hartnell.

I think this is my favourite royal wedding dress ever, so much meaning and love behind it.

It’s low-key by Royal standards, let’s give the girl credit for that! I don’t know many women who would choose one of their granny’s frocks for their wedding dress, queen or not.
Think in the current times it has all been handled very well.

She looked absolutely stunning and so happy. I think this is the best royal wedding yet.

Loved the flowers and am pleased for her. It must be very hard with all the Prince Andrew stuff so this may have been a blessing in disguise

Let's not forget that Eugenie and Beatrice are actually Princesses and The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh are their grandparents. Kate and Meghan were not Princesses.

Absolutely beautiful. I’ve never seen such a genuinely happy smile in wedding photo.
Good on them.

I have always liked B&E they have never brought the royal family into disrepute unlike their parents, and I think they have always had a hard time from the press re their dress sense etc (which has been taken in good humour, Bea auctioned off her pretzel hat) they both support various charities and go quite under the radar, I think it’s a shame they won’t be part of Prince Charles slimmed down monarchy especially now Harry and Meghan are not around to share the workload.

This is definitely my favourite Royal wedding. She looks absolutely gorgeous . The flowers, dress and happiness are perfect. HM and PP add a really special touch. Beautiful!

Agreed. They look like the wedding was about them being happy together, rather than a show for others.

I said in another thread I always get a good vibe from Beatrice (Eugenie too), she looked perfect in the dress and tiara.

The reigning Queen’s vintage designer ball gown isn’t really one of ‘Granny’s frocks‘ is it?!
Agree it’s lovely though.
The rose arch alone will have cost an absolute fortune and is beautiful.
Low key by Royal standards but not low key in the real world.

I’ve met Beatrice. We were both extras in a film. She was lovely, slummed it with the rest of us (days of hanging around) and was perfectly pleasant and nice. No security (ok closed set), no airs and graces, very down to earth.
