Do you have a reliable source for that?

You sound like a nightmare/hard work/unhinged

I'm saddened by

That's vile/grim

There are many, many more please feel free to add! Grin

*Do I need to put 'lighthearted' in the OP ..?

“Couldn’t you just...”

Megatron · 01/06/2020 21:29

Another favourite 'I'm going to go against the grain here' normally when saying something that approx 50 people have said before while thinking they're being a bit out there and original.

x2boys · 01/06/2020 21:37

I laughed so hard I spat out my wine./ Coffee or woke the baby ,usually about a thread that's mildly amusing at best

AKissAndASmile · 01/06/2020 21:38

On a racism thread a poster comes in to make racist comments. Then claims to be mixed race or have a black husband 🙄

PhilCornwall1 · 01/06/2020 21:39

bonsaidragon · 01/06/2020 21:47

Why don't you go to church?

when the OP is lonely and has already said that she is a devil worshipper or atheist

borntohula · 01/06/2020 21:49

"Should I report my neighbour?"

ByGrabtharsHammerWhatASavings · 01/06/2020 21:53

"It's extremely unusual for a child of [ridiculously young age] to not be able to do [ridiculously adult thing] without help". Usually used by someone pretending to be shocked that a 4 year old isn't helping make dinner or a 12 year old isn't doing most of the chores unprompted.

"Do adults really get upset about [their husband not remembering their birthday/ their best friend giving their dog the name they'd chosen for their baby/ their wedding being cancelled etc]?"

dayslikethese1 · 01/06/2020 21:53

"Massive" salads (people on MN never eat salad apparently, it's always a massive salad)
If you dont do an insane amount of cleaning/washing/zofloraing you are "grim"
Ppl always seem to go on about how they work 12+ hrs a day and earn upwards of 60k a year, anything less is apparently not a good wage

camelfinger · 01/06/2020 21:53

Don’t you sound lovely?
FFS.
Didn’t take long.
Dons tin hat.
I’m prepared to be flamed for this but...
Name changed for this.

Ooo the formatting went all over the place on that one! Half my post deleted, and a bunch of random emojis thrown in. A new low for this bastard app.

ByGrabtharsHammerWhatASavings · 01/06/2020 21:56

Trying again!

"It's extremely unusual for a child of (very young age) to not be able to do (very adult thing) without help". Usually used by someone pretending to be shocked that a 4 year old isn't helping make dinner or a 12 year old isn't doing most of the chores unprompted.

"Do adults really get upset about (their dh forgetting their birthday/ their best friend giving their dog the name they'd chosen for their baby/ their wedding being cancelled" ?

Bellybootcut · 01/06/2020 22:10

I normally buy all of DCs clothes from charity shops.

I can't find anything that isn't pink and glittery for DD.

Have you tried a mooncup?

MoaningMinniee · 01/06/2020 22:11

Cancel the cheque.

locked2020 · 01/06/2020 22:12

Long time poster (penis beaker, loo brush, Mexican house thief etc), but NC for this as outing (it isn't)
