I always mute when any advert break starts. Except I think I'll have to turn the TV actually off as it's starting to have a numbing effect on my eyes and brain.
It seems that all the adverts I see now are just the same boring copied old format where whatever is being sold etc it's just some twats fucking prancing around. If it's not furniture it's mobiles. And who the heck gets so excited about a fecking McDonalds delivery they go ape and spin around the room?
