Would you go to a bbq this weekend?

Friends have invited us over. We have early teen children who know all about 2 metre rule.
Friends have a large garden and a outdoor loo so no need to go into their house at all.

Also live in a rural position with no close neighbours.

Yes.

AmNot · 22/05/2020 11:55

Yes.

FizzyPink · 22/05/2020 11:57

If it’s just you going then yes but not if there’s loads of other people invited.

BuggerOffAndGoodDayToYou · 22/05/2020 11:59

I wouldn’t but I’m a bit of a rule follower....

HauntedGoatFart · 22/05/2020 12:00

I would, yes.

beansonbread · 22/05/2020 12:00

Nope. It’s not allowed yet for a reason.

vanillandhoney · 22/05/2020 12:01

molifly14 · 22/05/2020 12:02

Yes

MrsPatrickDempsey · 22/05/2020 12:02

Absolutely not. I can't understand why people would.

ThomasHardyPerennial · 22/05/2020 12:02

No.

CornishPorsche · 22/05/2020 12:02

No. It's not permitted. Why risk the health of all of you, and risk spreading it to anyone else you're in contact with?

Bojohair · 22/05/2020 12:02

No I wouldn’t but I don’t care if other people are socialising outside.

Norma27 · 22/05/2020 12:03

No

Orchidflower1 · 22/05/2020 12:04

Oops bold fail!

camsie · 22/05/2020 12:04

Cosyblanky · 22/05/2020 12:04

No. Just wait.

BillywilliamV · 22/05/2020 12:05

Probably would depend on the friends

Just a reminder of the current rules. Please keep safe.

imsooverthisdrama · 22/05/2020 12:05

I wouldn't because it would be difficult to be 2 metres away in my garden, then there's eating / drinking going to the toilet etc .
I know you said outdoor loo but you still need to touch door handles etc .
Yes the risk is lower so the decision is up to you.
Me personally no but I wouldn't judge those who choose to.

Sparklingbrook · 22/05/2020 12:06

No. The outside toilet is all very well but will you all be using it?

I just think wait a bit longer for a rule change. This will make me a ‘dementor’ presumably.
