Morning all, well the cafe thread is just about full so here's the new thread.

Just a reminder Florence has made pastries over night, the garden is open with the sensory garden, the cat area (with catnip bush) is available and feel free to cool your feet int the water feature.

Any chance of a coffee and pastry? Baby is teething and wants to sleep on me not next to or in cot on me..... 3rd night of tag teaming with DH and DH is trying but hasn't the patience to hold him long enough.

How everyone else doing?

I'm still up, sorry sashh but I got my own breakfast! Poached egg and mushrooms, cherry tomatoes on toast.

I think I'm too excited about finally breaking lockdown and seeing people I know this week. And love interest. So yeah might get cup of tea and chocolate in a sec :) Dessert.

Oh he's really lovely but haven't seen him since Feb and lockdown! So it'll be pretty soon. I've always had a valid reason to travel but have held off until now with all the worry.

Morning @sashh and all, up early with bad cramps. AF started . I was utterly convinced i was preg but at 48 i very much doubt it!

@Frownette.. mmm sounds intriguing! Hope it goes well.
We met up with DH's mum & dad who we haven't seen since Feb either. It was great and so nice to see them. We went for a long walk and have to say it was hard to stick to the 2m rule.

@Frownette Are you going to be able to keep to the 2 metre rule?

@BooseyesMum take one of the comfy chairs, I'll bring over a hot water bottle and some herbal tea.

@sashh handing over baby... managed to get him to sleep in cot after an hours cuddle then he slept for 3hrs..... I think things are going back to normal slowly. Just trying for the last time if he will sleep till 7..... I may be too hopeful right now.

Good morning everyone, i need tea and toast. I have been up since 3am.

@sashh I have trouble adding up. I am in awe of what you are learning in maths. Wow.

On offer today is a dutch / german style breakfast, cheese, hams / cooked meats, bread rolls, boiled eggs and the usual fruit juices and hot drinks.

Florence has a new press grill so you can have your selection as a panini or croque monsieur / madamme.

Hope you're all well. I will have a go at rocking a baby if anyone needs me to! Thank you all for the lovely messages, they're so kind 😭

Rentals in my town are far and few between, currently only one available and it's way out of my budget so I've moved in with a family member. It's far from ideal and isn't helping me feel settled at all, but I'm lucky that I can even do that.
