For me it is a few things:

A decent kids bike. One made with kid's geometry in mind, not just a mini adults bike.

Marmite. No other yeast extract compares!

👍👍 Just make sure you read the exclusion list before you order it as there are quite a lot of conditions that make unsuitable.

Oh and I only do legs below my knee so if you need to do full legs it will obviously take longer. But it’d still be well worth it as far as I’m concerned.

It took maybe two months to see no re-growth at all on underarms and legs, and a bit longer for intimate area.
How often did you do it in those first 2 months? I have a similar machine but not the same brand but it didn't really work for me.
