Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

B: Small glass fresh orange juice
1 mug coffee
1 small plain pancake

11's: cereal- Rice Krispies topped with a few crunchy nut cornflakes, milk

L: Cob with ham salad
Chicken crisps
Slice of caramel/ ginger home made Madeira style cake (made last night) Grin
Pint diluting orange juice
Cup of tea

D: Leek and potato soup (made today by my dd16)
Sunday dinner- chicken, potatoes (boiled and shop-bought roast) loads of mixed fresh veg and gravy
Pint diluting orange juice again

Currently waiting still to have a cuppa because my DH is back at his work from home Confused and can't even stop for a drink

So far I have had a dry-fried egg on a sesame bagel, three easy-peel small oranges and a cup of chilli miso soup. DH is in charge of dinner so it will be oven chips, some form of meat and token peas, no doubt.

No breakfast as I try to fast until lunch time during the week
L: Hummus, spinach and red pepper wrap, a bowl of strawberries, banana, vanilla yoghurt with a sprinkle of cocao
D: Two crunchy nacho fajita using quorn mince with salad
Snacks: Mikado sticks, a brioche roll and a couple of blackcurrant liquorice sweets

So much, I'm a horrible horrible picky snacked.

B: 2 poached eggs, 2 quinoa ryvita, lurpak
L: wholemeal pitta bread stuffed with egg mayo, salad, cucumber. Packet of Walkers Sunbites and an apple
D: chicken and mango curry with basmati rice

Snacks: mini magnum, mini twister, half a small packet of white buttons, couple of breadsticks loaded with Philadelphia and houmous, 2 small packets of popcorn, couple of squares of dark choc. This is where I fail miserably!!! My meals are always healthy.

25wk pregnant. Bowl of weetos, whole meal toast slice with marmalade, cranberry and water.

Lunch, slice of fresh bread with peanut butter and sliced banana. Small bar dairy milk. Cup of tea with digestives.

Enchiladas with veggie filling. Yoghurt. Water.

I've just started 16:8 so broke my fast at 1:15pm.

Black coffee at breakfast time.

Full-fat greek yogurt topped with mixed nuts and seeds, 1/2 banana, spoonful of peanut butter - lunch.

Coffee with milk and two caramel digestive biscuits - mid-afternoon

Spag bol - dinner.

I'm vegan so everything was a vegan version of :)
B: banana and oat pancakes with blueberries. Two cups of black coffee
L: wholemeal pita bread with garlic cream cheese, red pepper and cherry tomatoes
S: 2 ginger nuts and a cup of tea
D: pesto and cheese pasta with potato and broccoli mixed in. Had some cherry tomatoes and cucumber on the side.
Will probably have some ice cream and jelly later, and maybe a crumpet.

S: Bread roll, small Dairy Milk fruit and nut bar, tea

Cannot stop eating. There's no wonder am overweight/not losing weight while breastfeeding. Blush
