2 potato cakes with spread
Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

One coconut milk yogurt smoothie with banana and frozen black berries

Two small bullet coffee’s (coffee w butter or coconut oil)

Tuna mixed w carrots, mayo and onions with toast and chopped cucumbers

Three small slices of freshly made banana bread through out the day (probably should be counted as 1.5 slice).

Trout w potato, tomatoes, peppers, broccoli.

Chocolate covered Brazil nut and a piece of dark chocolate.

Water

I think that’s it. But sometimes I forget something 😀

2 packets McCain microchips.
1 small tin sweetcorn.
2 mugs tea (milk no sugar).
1 latte (no sugar).
1 can diet lemonade.
1 small bottle Pepsi Max.
A whole punnet of red grapes.

Today has been a bit of an shocker for me so far. Lots of carbs happening.

Breakfast: 2 slices sourdough toast with butter and blackberry jam. Iced matcha latte.

Lunch: cold chicken schnitzel. Yogurt drink. Handmade cannoli with fresh ricotta and pistachios.

Planning spaghetti puttenesca for dinner.

WFH and got my period today.

B: full fat Greek yogurt and majool dates

L: M&S scotch egg, Apple & satsuma
2 M&S Truffles

S: Majool Dates & blue cheese

D: Swedish Smoked Salmon & beetroot salad.
Homemade egg custard & chocolate/almond energy bar

I wouldn't normally have so many treats, but didn't sleep last night and got period pains, so I've hit the sugar!
