2 potato cakes with spread
Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

L: Water biscuits, cream cheese, peppers, cucumber.
D: Chicken tikka, vegetable rice, salad.

Lots of water, decaf tea and coffee. AF Becks.

B- strawberry jam porridge sachet with almond milk
S- plum
L- itsu katsu instant noodles
S- home-made monster cookie
D- 1/2 spicy meat feast pizza (aldi) and a big salad
S- strawberry cornetto, banana, couple of chewy sweets

Breakfas: Quaker oat big bowl porridge (with golden syrup) with semi skim milk.
Lunch: ham sandwich with cucumber and a dollop of low fat mayo on brown seeded bread. Cheese string (the best kind of cheese!)
Snack - raspberry flapjack (graze) and scarfed a few of ds’s hula hoops whilst he wasn’t looking
Dinner: egg fried rice inc. chicken, mushroom, pepper, peas and a healthy dash of soy sauce.
Lots of water, 2 coffees, and x1 can of coke.

Ran 8k.

S - chilli with potatoes, carrots, broccoli
D - tea and water

Just about to settle in with tea and biscuits and Bombay mix and watch something

Brunch - mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach and poached egg on sourdough toast

1 chocolate digestive with coffee.

A few cashew nuts and 2 glasses of wine in the mamaduckbone and mrduckbone home pub garden Grin

L - slice of steak and ale pie left over from dinner last night. Salad and pickle.
D - it sounded better when I planned it but i had roasted carrots and sauteed garlic mushrooms.
Snack - an orange

@InsaneProbably we all get days like that.

My eating's been awful, I've had potato salad, potato waffle sandwich then seafood linguine with broccoli this evening

L- spaghetti hoops on two slices toast (more bread!)
S- veggie straws and a vimto ice lolly
D- venison burger in a pita bread with salad, gin & slim
S- greek yoghurt with stewed rhubarb, twirl bar and two chewy sweets

I just eat one meal a day. Today I had:

Baked salmon with hummus, olives, mozzarella balls, mushroom cous cous and salad. And a big bowl of skyr for Afters with some blueberries and honey.

Brunch: bacon sandwich

Mid afternoon snack: Homemade sausage rolls

Dinner: parmesan crusted cod with mash and spring greens, ice cream for dessert

Buttered toast and tea for breakfast then till now a handful of chocolate digestives and a few cups of tea. I’m trying to lose weight so decided to cut out lunch (wasn’t in the plan to substitute meals with choccy bics but hey ho!)

Trying to stick to 1200 calories to lose baby weight....far too tired to cook dinner. Must eat more fruit and veg tomorrow Blush
