Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

L- two egg omelette with onion, pepper and mushroom
S- veggie straws, 1/2 a homemade giant cookie
D- chicken nuggets, air-fryer chips, steamed veg
S- hot cross bun with butter, black jacks ice lolly, other 1/2 cookie

Snacks - muller light yog, 2 choc biscuits, 1 banana and a few crisps

Lots of tea.
Lunch was avocado and crispy bacon on some slightly stale sourdough.
Son’s girlfriend brought us banana loaf, when they came for a swim (Outside, distanced, plenty of chlorine).
Supper was .a basic cob salad with walnut coleslaw, tabbouleh and crispy baked chicken.

B - sultana bran, cranberry juice with water, coffee
L - spelt with chorizo and cucumber; blueberries and raspberries
S: packet of ready salted
D: udon noodles with edamame, spring onions, peas, pak choi, egg and pork; glass of wine

For me, that's really good. No sugary snacks, puddings etc.

Porridge made with coconut milk, cocoa powder topped with banana and strawberries
Salad with hummus and bread
Wrap with turkey bacon, cheddar and various salad bits
And a small coffee ice cream

S: ready salted crisps, cranberry juice diluted with water
D: pasta with smoked salmon, cream cheese, peas, fresh herbs, spring onions, lemon and leaf salad; white wine.

L - 2 crumpets dripping with butter, one satsuma and a cup of tea

D - Sausage, mash, veg, gravy.

Snacks - 3 large vodka and lemonades, half a family size bag of Skittles.

Started OK:
B: melon and strawberries, black coffee

But then picnic lunch on a walk: 1/2 mini baguette with 1/2 avocado and serrano ham; bag of crisps, apple, cucumber, cinnamon frusli bar

and then:
entire packet of strawberry bootlaces

D: caesar salad with way too many deep fried garlic croutons; carrot sticks; two glasses of wine.

Picked at leftover birthday cake all afternoon!
D - pasta with roasted pepper sauce and parmesan
