So I thought Trump had stopped flights to and from Europe but there still seem to be quite a few?

Second point.... anyone know why BA Airbus 319 GEUPD flew Heathrow to Bournemouth yesterday?

To add ( and I wish there was an edit function) I'm not sure whether they are always this busy and people simply haven't noticed them before or whether they are making the most of the reduction in flights into the busier airports such as Manchester and the London ones to operate fairly unhindered in what is usually busy controlled airspace.

We've just had a helicopter hovering overhead, but nothing was showing on FlightRadar - would this be because it was a police helicopter? (I don't think it was the air ambulance because it flew off after about 5 minutes)

No idea but the other issue here is if you are in an area where there's a lack of nearby flight radar 24 receivers then aircraft/helicopters at low altitude may not be visible to the system.

I’ve just downloaded freedar.uk as it’s apparently the latest version and the only option on the App Store.

It’s shit. Just a white screen. Doesn’t open properly. I think it must be still in the developing stage as only 16 people have it and I can see why!

Just as well I have flight radar or I’d be gutted. Bummer it doesn’t show military planes or hospital etc helicopters that come over my house.

That's really weird, because I went on their site yesterday! But now getting the same thing as you, with a message saying 'coming soon'

Interesting - at exactly the same time today, another helicopter hovering overhead (although slightly different location!), and yet again, nothing showing on the site!

Damn I need to work out how to find screen shots I did on my new iPad. There was an aeroplane flying perfect hexagons over Snowdonia! I'm presuming it was just making sure the idiots weren't out in force again but it made for a great image. When I work out how to post it I'll be back.

I saw thus too muffin as it flew over.my house and its rare to hear any small planes atm. What's it doing ? Apparently was doing yesterday too

They are doing aerial surveying - taking photos. They pop up quite often on FR.
