Where did your childhood scar come from?

It's on my forehead , after being tripped up by my brother at my grans.

Just under my eye. I feel of the sofa as a toddler, landed on the corner of a car scraper.
Several scars on my knees from falling over, I was a very accident prone child.

My chin - I banged it on the side on the bath and needed stitches.

Chin where a friend threw a thin stone at me face and sliced it open. One on my leg where I was playing hide and seek in the streets and hid behind a shed and climbed over a box of broken wires glass and opened up my calf , nice number of stitches for that, my knee where I landed and got a thorn in my knee and fibbed for my mother that it was out. Have another on my foot where I stood on a nail attached to a bit of wood when I climbed up onto some scaffolding

head, falling into the sink, head falling onto a corner of a brick wall, head from riding into a palm tree in holland, head from falling over in swimming showers, head from falling onto a toy box. Stomach from my brother going at me with a fork.

oh and another head one from being behind my cousin while he backswung a golfclub

Big scar right across the roof of my mouth/ soft palate - fell on a funnel when I was using it as a "trumpet" - nearly pierced through to my nasal cavity and had to be stitched up in several layers😱 I have been very anal about telling my children to never run around with anything in their mouth!

On my nose. Being gored by a deer.

That was a wooden deer, about 8" tall, falling off a bookshelf.

My finger - it looks like a burn but might not be

I definitely have a unique fingerprint on that one but I have no idea what happened and my parents can't enlighten me now.

Hypertrophic scar on my finger-squashed between a brick and a breeze block whilst playing with my brother. Small one in middle of palm-fell on a nail. Dent in leg-fell off a wall.

Front waist from surgery at six weeks old to treat a pyloric stenosis.

Small pigmented scar on right hand from having a cannula when I had surgery to have my tonsils removed.

I think my poor balance as a child made me very cautious about doing risky things, so I didn't have any serious accidents.

Abdomen - appendicitis

Arm - someone was carelessly holding a scalpel in biology

Knee, inch long scar from tripping over in park on gravel aged 8. Scar above left eye from my sister banging the shed door shut really hard and it rebounded back and handle hit me in the face, also aged 8. Scar under foot from rockpool and crab incident in Swanage, coupled with scar on other knee when I fell over getting out of the rockpool in a panic, also age 8. Not a good year.

Knee falling in sharp stones. Stomach umbilical hernia - now about 5 inches wide unlike DDs 1cm smile around her belly button.

Bridge of my nose - attempt to copy my uncle and shave... Interestingly my son has what looks like a very faint scar in the same place - no reason I know off.
Back of my head - running backwards and falling on to a gate post aged 5

Age 16 and worked in a shop. Snuck off the shop floor to send a text from the stock room. As I got to the stock room I tripped over a crate and cut my arm deeply. Huge scar now but I didn't sneak my phone out again. Lesson learnt!

Inside of left wrist - messing about catching sticklebacks in a local stream, tripped over, sliced it open on a nice manky twig sticking out of the water.

Left palm - waiting in car with very strong young Labrador on chain lead. Opened window to shout something to Dad, dog hurls itself out of window, I grab chain in an attempt to stop it...

Actually my leg was hurt tripping and falling on a rock but someone must’ve been hurt running with scissors to justify all the warnings.

On my chin went down a slide on my front but banged my chin at the top. Didn't realise I'd done it until I saw the streak of blood all down the slide.

On my knee jumped down the stairs from halfway and landed on my knees on a broken piece of parquet flooring

Nose - chickenpox
Wrist - chickenpox
Forehead - little cousin threw a frisbee at me !
Other wrist - tripped over a bin at school, broke wrist, had to have it pinned.
Knee - fell up the stairs at school, sliced my knee on the metal edge of the stair.

Forehead - I head butted a glass vase when I was 3

Bum - broken corner of a wooden calendar board at infant school. It was propped up at the side of a bookshelf and I slipped backwards on to the broken piece of wood that was sticking out.

Knee, fell on an icy pavement and landed on broken glass, I was 8

Top of left arm TB jab

Forehead- ran into a glass table
Hairline- ran into corner of an open window
(I was never considered my surroundings lol)
Knee- fell off bike onto gravel. Eeeek

NC for this as possibly outing, I've a scar on the side of my lip from a jellyfish sting. I decided to have a closer look at a jellyfish I found stuck to a rock on holiday in Spain not the smartest thing I ever did and the worst of it was my parents didn't believe me they thought I just go sea water in a cut, until my face swelled up anyway.

Eyebrow, 9n a fire Place at about 2
Top lip, I tried and fell flat on my face, chipped my tooth and burst my up about my lip. Is was 15!

Oh and one on my hand from doing 99's in the play ground 🙄

Scar on top of right hand, rabbit bit me, like properly sank it's teeth into me and kept hold when I pulled my hand away! Was about 7.
