If anything though surely the DM angle kinda supports why they would. It seems to imply she was unhappy here and with the royal family and wanted to move to Canada and she was upset that Meghan and Harry did. Now I am by no means saying its true but its an odd angle to take given that is could imply they were right to leave

According to the Sun, some friends are also suggesting that Megxit - which saw Prince Harry and Meghan Markle quit the royal family - hastened Autumn's decision as she 'wants to return to her native Canada'.

I have no opinion on Meghan Markle one way or the other but to associate the break up of this marriage on her is absolutely appalling.

yes she's Canadian and has lasted over a decade here in the UK, wonder whether she will stay here or return to Canada.

We don’t actually know that she’s definitely moving to Canada or that she’ll be taking the kids with her. Possibly easier said than done (that’s certainly the case if you are married with kids in Canada and want to come back to the UK) I actually half think one of the reasons for Meghan wanting to move back to the US is so that she won’t end up stuck in the UK with Archie if she and Harry split up. Certainly something to think about if you are married to a foreign national - Royal or not.

The Mail are reporting it but not an official statement yet. It must be true though. Such a shame for the kids. I expect she wanted to get it out there before Beatrice's wedding and all the who's there, who isn't starts up.

She absolutely can't take DC's back to Canada unless he agrees in the divorce settlement.

It's because she's from Canada no doubt. She's form Oakville Ontario which is about 30 minute drive to downtown Toronto (where Meghan lived for 7 years filming Suits).

Yeah, he’s a great guy, Peter Philips. Especially when he’s handed a contract by his grandmother to put on a charity event - it wasn’t tendered so nobody else got a chance to bid - trousered a fat fee then the event didn’t even break even. Well done, Peter.

Also, the milk adverts? No shame. He ‘milks’ (sorry) his royal connections eagerly. Just like his sister and the other hangers on.

No idea what Autumn Philips is like but if she’s normal then her tolerance for dopey poshos must have been sorely tested.

There are loads of threads about people I've never heard of on MN - because I don't live in the UK - tv stars, celebrities etc. I actually hadn't heard of Philip Schofield until the threads on him recently. You know what I didn't do? I didn't post on the threads to say "never heard of him" because why would I? If I'd never heard of him I wouldn't be interested.
