Getting near the end of my shopping week here, so all the veg left (peppers, courgette, onion, carrot) roasted, with a tin of chickpeas added and maybe tinned toms and some chorizo .

Leftover chicken pie from last night with whatever veg I decide on for me, probably chicken nuggets or fish fingers with veg for DS cos he's a fussy bugger

Wafflehouse · 05/02/2020 12:44

Crap tea tonight, sausage, egg and chips. Dc asked for it and I’ve had a knackering week at work so far so it suits me.

lazylinguist · 05/02/2020 12:44

Veg chilli. Had it with rice last night and having the rest in jacket potatoes tonight. We are not vegetarian but trying to cut down on meat and having a bit of a general health kick.

confusedofengland · 05/02/2020 12:44

Some kind of fish risotto. I have no money so am clearing the freezer. Have found a single lemon sole fillet & frozen leeks & peas, so thinking I'll make a risotto type dish with those. That is only enough for DH & me, DC will have the last fish fingers I have in, with jackets, peas & sweetcorn.

littlebirdieblue · 05/02/2020 12:46

Salmon fish cakes and salad as I'm trying to be good!! 😍

Simonsaysitschristmas · 05/02/2020 12:53

Chicken tikka kebabs (homemade). Minimal prep but everyone enjoys it so perfect for midweek.

cjt110 · 05/02/2020 12:55

Cottage pie made in my pressure king pro. Bung the meat, stock and veg in, put a sheet of tinfoil on the meat mix then put m,y spuds in - don't even have to peel them. 20 mins and it's done. I don't arse about roasting it after. Mash the spuds and get it served!

Hellohah · 05/02/2020 12:58

Chicken Caesar Salad for us tonight :)

Nunyabusiness · 05/02/2020 14:37

I marinated some chicken pieces this morning (a mixture of bbq and Chinese) so shove that in the oven and serve with rice and veg I think

MrsPear · 05/02/2020 14:41
