Steamed sea trout & tenderstem with brown rice. I’m on a diet! 1 stone down, 2 to go.

Ninkanink · 05/02/2020 15:28

Chicken on skewers with satay sauce, little gem lettuce to wrap it in, noodles dressed with chilli and spring onion, tender stem broccoli with sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sesame seeds.

Cajun chicken, sweet potato fries and leeks and kale. I fry the leeks til soft then add a sprinkle of chilli flakes and chopped kale, fry I bit more till kale cooked and then add some creme fraiche. Sounds a bit weird but I really like it!

Saltfish salad and roasted sweet potato

kenandbarbie · 05/02/2020 15:33

One pot butter chicken with potatoes. It's in the slow cooker and it smells delicious. It's the first time I've made it. I'm excited.

Janaih · 05/02/2020 15:37

Aldi frozen pizza - better than takeaway ones.

WildRosie · 05/02/2020 15:38

Sausages, hash browns and baked beans. Simple, quick, filling.

bluechameleon · 05/02/2020 15:49

Sausages, mash, red cabbage, broccoli, carrots then an M&S cake for pudding. It is DS2's birthday. We had his party at the weekend with the 'proper' cake but I thought we ought to have something to stick a candle in today.

SallyWD · 05/02/2020 15:55

But the kids are having sandwiches because they are picky so and so’s.

Longwhiskers14 · 05/02/2020 16:01

Curry takeaway, our first one in ages. I'm feeling knackered and rundown and can't be bothered to cook, plus I had some good financial news this week so it's a bit of a treat too.

IHaveBrilloHair · 05/02/2020 16:03

Mini kievs, waffles and sketty hoops, trashy beige comfort food
