butterwithtoast · 05/02/2020 16:09

Fish pie (made a few weeks ago and frozen, so just goes straight in the oven) and green veg

ChesterBelloc · 05/02/2020 16:10

@Janaih, which Aldi pizza is that? I've heard great things about them, but never know which are the good ones.

Frothybothie · 05/02/2020 16:11

Tacos. Maybe beef mince, maybe bean. Hmmmmmm.

Single2catsand1daughter · 05/02/2020 16:13

Jacket spud with salad for me and pasta with mixed veggies for the teenager.

Janaih · 05/02/2020 16:13

@ChesterBelloc they are a bit posh looking, called "specially selected". I have Romagna meaty one and dh has goats cheese. The fake goodfellas ones are also not bad.

ThePittts · 05/02/2020 16:16

Chicken fajitas

TwilightPeace · 05/02/2020 16:17

Creamy Cajun chicken pasta and broccoli.

PawPatrolMakesMeDrink · 05/02/2020 16:18

Quorn nugget wraps. Proper lazy after work tea. With a big salad on the side.

AwdBovril · 05/02/2020 16:18

Homemade chicken & vegetable curry, with rice. And DH has persuaded me to an onion bhaji. (Not homemade!)

PrincessHoneysuckle · 05/02/2020 16:22

fitflopqueen · 05/02/2020 16:22

leadbetter5 · 05/02/2020 16:24

Chicken meatballs and spiralised veg (carrots, courgette, pepper) fried in a pan like noodles with a teryaki glaze.

Gramgram · 05/02/2020 16:25

Sausages, sweet potato chips and salad for me, DH and DS prefer baked beans so they can share a tin and I'll stay upwind.Grin

Spam88 · 05/02/2020 16:25

We're trying to clear out the freezer, so veggie burgers for us (although I've just discovered there was only one bun in there, so a naked veggie burger for me. Will serve with sweet potato fries and coleslaw.

ChesterBelloc · 05/02/2020 16:30

Thanks @Janaih 👍

CrowleysBentley · 05/02/2020 16:31

DeRigueurMortis · 05/02/2020 16:32

Confit duck (that I made last night - just need to pan fry to crisp the skin) with dauphinois potatoes and tender stem broccoli.

2beautifulbabs · 05/02/2020 16:32

Toad in the hole with veg

stophuggingme · 05/02/2020 16:35

Cajun chicken with roast Mediterranean veg and garlic skin on baby potatoes roasted

Assembling not prep or faffing all in prepped packs as I am shattered and cannot face standing chopping anything. Even with a glass of wine!

ReginaGeorgeous · 05/02/2020 16:35

Cottage pie and veggies.

Chocolatedaim · 05/02/2020 16:37

A recipe I saw Rustie Lee did on this morning a couple of years ago;

www.itv.com/thismorning/food/roasted-chicken-with-sweet-peppers-rustie-lee

It’s such a reliable good, mid week meal

lastqueenofscotland · 05/02/2020 16:37

Tuscan bean stew and crusty fresh baked bread.

TendsToHappen · 05/02/2020 16:38

Nigella bacon and tomato sauce with pasta.

Super easy and delicious.... snip some smoked streaky bacon into fat and fry til crispy, then grate in a garlic clove and fry for a minute. Add a punnet (400g) of quartered cherry toms and cook down until lovely and sauce-y. Can add a pinch of sugar. Season, stir thru pasta and add mozzarella if you like. I’m making double and having tomorrow night too.
