I hope it’s not true with everything that’s going on with Prince Andrew. Anyone else heard this?

It is odd that the express has decided to publish an article about what happens when the queen passes. Although it could just be in response to the WhatsApp message.

Doesn’t necessarily mean anything. (Although local news presenters here bbc and itv are in black - could be coincidence though).

I suppose it's a little odd that it's an older article which has been updated at 7.10am this morning.

That’s because other places are reporting the viral rumour that the queen is dead. I don’t think it’s any more than that.

Well Rebecca English has photos of Prince William on official duties in Kuwait in the past hour. I don't think he'd be there if there had been a death.

The only death on the BBC is a large sperm whale on the Isle of Harris with fishing nets in his stomach, while the queen will obviously die at some point it wasn't yesterday

So, IF it transpires that either the Queen or the DofE has died, would the Virginia Roberts/Giuffre interview still be broadcast this evening?

I was told at the end of last week from a 'source in the palace' that Prince Philip is critically ill, but they are not announcing it yet. Depending on how long he hangs on for and when he actually goes, the election may be postponed as you can't have political campaigning during a time of national mourning. Knock on effect on Brexit - anybody's guess.

Who knows if any truth in any of the rumours? Only time will tell.
