I'm fasting at the moment so I only eat between 1:30pm and 6:30pm

For lunch at 1:45pm I had hot and sour soup with 2 slices of brown bread

For dinner at 6pm I had haddock, chips and cucumber sticks

I also had 4 cups of coffee throughout the day and a glass of Pepsi max. I need to work on my water intake!

Just had customary small hours early breakfast (which I haven't always mentioned here, ahem) and as we'd run out of milk, and I don't like black tea, I had a large, strong black coffee. If anyone wants to chat for the next few hours . . Grin

IJumpedAboardAPirateShip · 17/10/2019 05:46

Today was brutal because I had a bone graft on my jaw so all I’ve had is antibiotics, antiinflammatories, pain medication, half a glass of a mango and orange smoothie, a green tea and lots of water 😔

Yesterday was much more fun as we had friends for dinner:
B: black coffee
L/S: bag of almonds before rock climbing, my coffee/almond butter/banana smoothie after
D: roasted cauliflower, chickpea and carry warm salad tossed in an orange tahini sauce, vegan Moussaka with baby kale, pomegranate and pistachio salad tossed in a rose water dressing, upside down pear and cardamom cake with soy vanilla ice cream for pud. One glass of white wine

Anticipate a low food day tomorrow because of the surgery and I’m literally just binge reading and binge netflixing so it’s not like I’m using up many calories!! Def have to wait until at least 10am to eat as I can’t wash or brunch the area until 24hours after the op, but there’s a lovely lentil soup in the fridge with my name on it for lunch!

Bloodybridget · 17/10/2019 06:22

IJumped wishing you a good recovery from the surgery - how long before you can eat solid food?

AwkwardSquad · 17/10/2019 06:31

Blimey IJumpedAboardAPirateShip that sounds intense. Wishing you rapid healing and a really good series on Netflix! That soup at lunchtime will taste wonderful.
