Best gig you’ve ever been 2?

Having just got my hands on Green Day tickets for next June....

I was wondering what’s the best gig you’ve ever been too??

So far for me, i’d have to say Foo Fighters...with Liam Gallagher a very, very close second!

I'd struggle to narrow it down to one to be honest!
Guns n' Roses at Slane Castle & Wembley Stadium.
Foo Fighters at Wembley.
Chris Cornell in his Songbook tour at Birmingham Symphony Hall.
Nick Cave (in conversation with) at Birmingham Symphony Hall.
All Slipknot concerts.
Seasick Steve at Manchester Apollo.

All Turin Brakes gigs
All Gomez gigs
All Groove Armada gigs
Oasis @ Knebworth
Stone Roses @ Heaton Park

more recently in terms of newer bands, Barns Courtney was ace

Early Kings of Leon & Florence gigs were brill too.

Muse in Manchester 2/3 years ago. We were in the front row of the upstairs. One of the very few bands that sound the same live as they do in recordings - proper musicians

Frank Turner at Rock City. I have seen him in many places from small tents at Glastonbury to big arenas but I think Rock City was best.

Prince at Wembley arena in 1992 and again at the Round House in 2015. I've been to many concerts including the Rolling Stones and been to Glastonbury and seen so many great people perform but no one was more amazing than Prince!

Bruce Springsteen, Newcastle, 1985 or maybe 86, it's been that long I can't remember exactly

Also, Meatloaf was incredible, all 7 times!

The worst was Elton John, boring boring boring!

Worst live band I’ve ever EVER seen was back the 1980’s. Sisters of Mercy. Dire and such a disappointment

I'd say gigs and concerts are the same thing, Best gig I've been to was stereophonics in Manchester last year.

Underworld at Ally Pally March 2017 the homecoming gig. It was brilliant, really fucking loud, crystal clear sound production, fantastic set list and I was with about 30 of my friends all at the front dancing away have the best time. I smiled for weeks after that gig.
