Favourite biccies are occasionally discussed on here but there must be some that a lot of folk don't particularly care for, or are taste-divisive. Mine are:

Digestives. Too dry and bland.
Rich Tea. Not much better than Digestives.
Jammy Dodgers. Never liked them - too soft and over-sweet.
Garibaldi. Chewy dead flies.
Custard Cream. Never got the appeal.
Oreos. As per Custard Cream but much worse. They remind me of dog biscuits.

I am prepared to be denounced as a heretic but so be it BiscuitBiscuitBiscuit.

Oreos and wagon wheels. Just why.

greenlavender · 13/09/2019 20:36

Bourbons. Vile things.

Ohflippineck · 13/09/2019 20:37

Those marshmallow, tea cake things in foil. Yuk.

Anything with chocolate chips. Of all the manifestations of chocolate, the chip is the most disappointing.

Oblomov19 · 13/09/2019 21:18

I like all biscuits.
Struggling to think of any I don't like!

MidnightMystery · 13/09/2019 21:35

Penguins 🤮

Celeriacacaca · 13/09/2019 23:02

Bourbons, custard creams. Anything filled basically.

Uberbeeboo · 13/09/2019 23:12

Party Rings - horrible things

sandalsinthebin · 14/09/2019 00:02

Happy faces. So sickly and ugly

MildThing · 14/09/2019 00:20

Garibaldi
Fig Rolls
Custard Creams
Bourbon
Maryland Cookies

Wagon wheels: they were horrible, are they still on sale?

libertyminty · 14/09/2019 00:30

I don’t know what they’re called but they come in one of those tins of assorted biscuits. None of the biscuits are nice in this tin but especially this oval golden one, its covered in sugar and is really brittle. It’s the worst.

libertyminty · 14/09/2019 00:36

Found them, awful, a waste of calories

longtompot · 14/09/2019 01:11

Hmm this has just made me want to eat ALL the biscuits Grin I've not read a one I do not like (though I can't recall eating an Arrowroot biccy, so no idea if I like them or not).

Empathy56 · 14/09/2019 01:37

Definitely Fig Rolls. My Mum used to love these but us children never touched them, we all hated them which is probably why she bought them as we ate everything else.Hate Jaffa Cakes too!

Icantbelieveitsnotnutter · 14/09/2019 14:15

Bourbons look like dog biscuits. Yak!

fblake · 15/09/2019 20:25

@Empathy56 nooooo!!! Jaffa Cakes are awesome 🤤

ExpletiveDelighted · 15/09/2019 20:38

Jaffa cakes are possibly the worst of any mentioned on this thread.

fblake · 15/09/2019 21:00

WHAT!! I think I could live on a diet of Jaffa cakes alone 🤤 (but would be the size of a house)

IsThisSeeSawTaken · 16/09/2019 12:24

With the exception of currant / raisin varieties (such an undignified end for those poor fruits and berries), I think even the most abhorrent of biscuits taste much better once dunked into strong milky tea.

I would even venture as far to say that someone with a roll of Rich Teas in the basket is definitely a tea drinker.

Gothamgirl1970 · 16/09/2019 12:26

Another one who gags on fig rolls

WildRosie · 16/09/2019 12:52

Amaretti (spelling), or whatever the Italian almond biscuits are called. Yuck. Not keen on anything made with almonds or marzipan.

I find bourbons far too dry to eat, I much prefer jammy Dodgers with a cup of tea. Smile

ClaraThePigeon · 16/09/2019 15:02

Bourbons are designed for dunking. They're perfect for that.

starkid · 16/09/2019 18:14

Garibaldi, fig rolls, oreos, rich tea, pink wafers. Will likely eat most other biscuits! BiscuitBiscuitBiscuit

bluetongue · 17/09/2019 02:09

I’ve discovered Bourbons thanks to this thread Grin

Thought they were just a UK thing but I can get a packet of supermarket own brand bourbons here in Australia for just 75c. They’re surprisingly good for cheap biscuits.
