Favourite biccies are occasionally discussed on here but there must be some that a lot of folk don't particularly care for, or are taste-divisive. Mine are:

Digestives. Too dry and bland.
Rich Tea. Not much better than Digestives.
Jammy Dodgers. Never liked them - too soft and over-sweet.
Garibaldi. Chewy dead flies.
Custard Cream. Never got the appeal.
Oreos. As per Custard Cream but much worse. They remind me of dog biscuits.

I am prepared to be denounced as a heretic but so be it BiscuitBiscuitBiscuit.

Oreos are rank.

Those dead fly biscuits.

I like the bland biscuits but only for dipping in tea - rich tea, digestives etc

Toooldtobearsed2 · 12/09/2019 22:07

What is wrong with you people?

ANY biscuit is delicious if dunked. All biscuits need a good dunking. Preferably in strong tea, a nice wide mug so that you can dunk whole.

Amateurs. The lot of you 😁

I thought my children really liked digestive biscuits as they hoovered them up at a rate of knots, but discovered they were eating them quickly to get rid of them so they get to the good stuff.

All of them. Horrible dry crumbly things.

StrictlyComeMarie · 12/09/2019 22:12

Oh god those pink wafers!!! And rich tea!! Vile

procrastinatingtoday · 12/09/2019 22:13

All biscuits 🍫

64sNewName · 12/09/2019 22:13

Almost all biscuits are disappointing.

CakeIsMyFavouriteAndBest · 12/09/2019 22:13

I love most biscuits but if I want to lose weight I buy the kids and hubby party rings and jammie dodgers as I really don't like them. Never had a fig roll nor ever intend to as they look foul.
Love nearly every other biscuit though (which is why I am the size I am!)

Mollypolly2610 · 12/09/2019 22:33

Jaffa cakes. Soggy.

Fig rolls. Soggy.
Oatcakes. Taste and look like cork coasters.

EnthusiasmIsDisturbed · 12/09/2019 23:01

Ilove ALL biscuits!
I try not to have any in the house as I can't stop myself!
But I can pass on cake any day. Biscuits are definitely my weakness!

tabbycat985 · 12/09/2019 23:24

I've never met a biscuit I didn't like... until I tried some of Cadbury's crunchy melts, like eating rocks & smell burnt🤢

@PajamasnoDramas You're thinking of a Bolands Jam Mallow, a good Irish staple!

JennyStarpepper · 12/09/2019 23:32

Oreos are tasteless
Hobnobs of all kinds are vile
Fig rolls
Squashed fly biscuits
Nice (taste of coconut)
Jaffa cakes - taste gone off awful things.

JennyStarpepper · 12/09/2019 23:35

Lotus biscoff spread is like crack. I just eat it out of the jar.

bakedbeanzontoast · 12/09/2019 23:38

Bourbons 🤢

Egghead68 · 12/09/2019 23:39

I don’t really like any biscuits. Worst are rich tea, digestives, graham crackers, hob-nobs, bourbons, custard creams, flapjacks.

Best are M&S buttery ones sandwiches together with milk chocolate.

Herefortheduration · 12/09/2019 23:47

Custard creams, yuck!

SkiingIsHeaven · 13/09/2019 00:17

Oreos like eating coal.

Mycatsaninja · 13/09/2019 00:20

Nice are actually quite nasty 😂

notso · 13/09/2019 00:31

My great gran used to get a cream biscuit selection that had normal custard creams but also lemon, coffee and orange creams. They were disgusting, always slightly stale and the flavours were so string they'd all taint each other. We would try and politely refuse but she would force them on you, I feel nauseous just thinking about them.

bakedbeanzontoast · 13/09/2019 02:00

Also. Breakaways. Honking. Shortbread also 🤢 ditto penguins.

I'm on the fence re gold bars

tutu112 · 13/09/2019 02:24

Oreos - no. They are like charcoal. Never understand why my kids love them so much.
Nice - not nice.
Garibaldi - dead flies.
Fig rolls - bleaurgh. Managed to convince kids that the fig part was chocolate though so they like them. This must be similar to the biscuit toleration training exercise mentioned earlier.
Pink panther wafers - like rice paper but multi layered and make your mouth so dry.
Mini gems - these always used to come out as a "treat" for kids in the 80s. Like eating chalk.
My fave?
Viscount mint - The one true king of biscuits. And saves on toothpaste.
