Pics of him in the press today with other women, you’d think he’d learn wouldnt you.

It’s in hers and her dcs best interests financially for her to stay.

If she leaves he’ll remarry and her dcs inheritance will go to his new wife and her dcs. Or he’ll get divorced again and have to use the inheritance to pay for another divorce!

If she stays she’s guaranteeing that her and her dcs get the full £160 million +++ when he dies.

And he’s not going to last until his 80s...

They dont have a marriage in the conventional sense anyway - they only seem to be under one roof every couple of years when she wants to get pregnant.

Plus she definitely wants more dcs so best to have them with him for the £££.

What will probably happen is that she’ll put up with this for years then he’ll divorce her when a new lover wants a ring.

It's likely there is a prenup so she would benefit financially if she left but she'd have to share custody with him. I'd imagine she stays because she wants the best for her DC. They seem to have a very nice lifestyle (despite their father's behaviour). Colleen's parents benefit from it too. She is a lot smarter than people give her credit for imo.

I think there is little point speculating on why she stays. She does. That’s what she always does. He cheats. That’s what he always does. And so will be the normality in their relationship forevermore.

The cheating and the staying is just how their relationship is. Both are happy with that so it’s toxic and emotionally damaging to the children but I doubt very much if either will stop what they’ve been doing since childhood. No amount of press speculation will change anything.

I can't see him getting remarried especially quickly if they should divorce. He doesn't seem keen on family life and loves shagging about too much. Surely as a single man he'd at least be able to continue the way he currently does, but without the press attention and judgement due to him being married?

She has absolutely no reason to leave the marriage. She has access to more money than most can imagine, and is able to spend her free time in any country she likes. Yes her husband is blatantly cheating on her, but perhaps fidelity isn't something she expects when married to a pro sportsman?

Look at Rio Ferdinand - he was well known as a womaniser and a cheat with his previous wife, and yet his current partner is more than happy to marry him. Una Healy's ex, Ben, is in the same position with his new wife.

Rio Ferdinand, the Renaissance Man, ahughes . A string of affairs/ons and other nasty misdemeanours (racist slurs and driving offences) and yet seemed to become a media darling ‘grieving DH/superdad’ when his wife died.

I wonder what her family make of it? Has he stuffed their mouths with gold, did he make amends, or are they heartbroken and gobsmacked by his rewriting of history?

The picture shows him standing by a lift and a woman is also standing by the lift. If a photographer followed them for the whole night and this was the best pic, I'm not convinced he's been shagging. I mean, he probably has, but this isn't proof.

Someone I know was on a flight with her once, she was ushered through the airport with her family and treated like royalty. And very much had a "dont you know who I am" attitude. She gets shops opened for her, kids venues opened for her, VIP places in bars and restaurants, 5 * treatment wherever she goes and she only gets this as Mrs Rooney. It's never been about the money, it's all about status. He'd replace her in weeks with a wannabe from Love Island or Geordie Shore......... I dont think she is remotely bothered by his behaviour, she just expects it.

I've heard it be said that people who cheat and are forgiven time and time again will keep doing it simply because they can. And the respect they may, or may not have had, for their partner diminishes. IMO, she is and stupid woman for putting up with it. Nothing is worth that agony. You have to wonder what her boys will be like with women when older, since their father treats their mother like shit. And she lets him.

It would be nice to think that Colleen accepts Wayne’s infidelity and doesn’t care and just spends most of the year on holiday with her family etc etc but if that were true, why is she flying out to Canada and crying in the airport?

Victoria Beckham keeps up the pretence very well. I laughed at the staged photos today of her and her thick, can’t keep it in his pants, husband pretending to lark around on Elton John’s yacht. Almost as if a boat full of specially-briefed paparazzi had just heaved to alongside their vessel.

David Beckham may not be known for his intellect but at least he - or his PR team - have the sense to keep his side pieces out of the news. Of course it's been widely rumoured for years that he's got any number of affairs and that he and Victoria are leading basically seperate lives, but ever since Rebecca Loos many years ago, there haven't been any kiss and tell stories. Not so with Rooney, who is every bit as thick as he looks.

Speculation on my part too obs, but I agree. I reckon the Beckhams are really a business arrangement at this stage. Mind you, they have the best PR in the game. Rooney? Not so much.

I don't think Rooney's that unattractive; at least he's fit and he's massively talented. He just seems like a normal lad to me who got lucky enough to have an amazing football career. I've never seen anything about him behaving like an arse to the general public.

I think there's a lot of Wayne hate because he's working class and from Liverpool to be honest. Loads of famous men cheat without getting half of the stick he does.

I thought specifically naming The Sun was pretty good PR, as they aren't exactly a popular paper in the Rooneys' hometown.
The use of "girl" was really annoying though.
