@AwkwardSquad I have saved the recipe in anticipation of new fridge!
I’m glad you’re having a lovely time 😊
The latte sounds different and will recommend it to a friend. She also can’t drink caffeine due to a heart condition and is also pregnant. Might try one as it gets colder and winter draws in too (it sounds a bit autumnal!)

Breakfast - a nectarine

Lunch - 3 medjool dates pitted and stuffed with ricotta, sundries tomatoe and basil leaf and a banana.

Tea - mature cheddar and coleslaw sandwich and chips.

Snacks - a hand full of crispy coated nuts.

Might have a starbar I’ve been stashing later on with a fancy coffee if I fancy a treat.

Phycadelicsilhouette · 12/09/2019 17:25

@Gilead a mince pie in September? That’s sacrilege! (I’ve seen them for sale in the supermarkets since August!)

I’ve had an absolutely mare of a day (back to back meetings)

Missed breakfast so had a packet of ready salted crisps Hmm

And for lunch a very wonderful colleague went to a deli for me (tuna salad sandwich)

Currently now veggin on the sofa, wine in hand while dh makes lasagna.

Carb heavy day but frankly I’m too tired to care Grin
