D- roasties and roast sprouts
Roasted fig.

Kanga83 · 08/09/2019 19:15

@Phycadelicsilhouette neither did I until last night! Doing the whole 30 diet means no sugar, honey, grains, anything refined and I really wanted something sweet and all I could find that was on its way out was nectarine. Simply cut and stone and roasted for 10 mins. Super sweet, sticky and juicy.

Ellabella989 · 08/09/2019 19:23

lljk I’m intrigued by this: Nutella & rooibosch with milk for pudding

@Kanga83 it sounds amazing! Would be even better with a blob of mascarpone, some crushed pistachios, rose petals and honey! 🤤 I’ve just bought some nectarines today so will definitely try roasting one, thank you!
@AwkwardSquad absolutely delicious! You’re entries sound delicious again, especially today’s dinner! Not so keen on the marzipan balls though, never liked the stuff!

My diet lately has been shocking. This thread is really highlighting it to me Blush

Breakfast - a sausage and egg McMuffin and a cuppaccino from Mac Donald’s

Lunch - more fresh corn and butter

Tea - Some cheese and bacon pasta and a slice of thick white fresh bread and butter to mop up the sauce

Snacks - a strip of Thornton’s salted pistachio chocolate

Tomorrow will be a healthier day.

lljkk · 09/09/2019 20:32

spoons of nutella separate.
Nutella should not be sullied with contaminants like toast (or mixed in drinks, yick)

PerfectPeony2 · 09/09/2019 20:36

I have to confessed this somewhere...

Breakfast- crumpets
Lunch- tuna mayo, cucumber, grated carrot jacket potato.
Afternoon snack/Dinner... 20 chicken nuggets (yes I scoffed the whole box) and some medium fries.
A couple of grapes.

In my defence my toddler was stressing me out so much I had to go for a drive to get her to nap and somehow ended up at Mac Donald’s.

Stress eating and carb overload will make me feel crap tomorrow no doubt but Tuesday is a brand new day. Smile

YahBasic · 09/09/2019 20:42

Breakfast: cappuccino
Lunch: ham, cheese and chutney sandwich on brown, Kettle chips and sugar free Tango Orange
Dinner: couple of mouthfuls of boiled rice & a failed crispy chilli beef stir fry. Had a bagel thin, some nuts and a mini Twister instead.

AwkwardSquad · 09/09/2019 20:43

lljk, I’m relieved to hear it. Nutella tea was not a nice thought.
