I love a food thread and normally pick up some new ideas as well Smile

Breakfast, poached eggs on toast. Lots of coffee

Lunch chicken salad & party rings with the dc

Dinner later will be sausage and butter bean stew & a bottle of red for me and dh

Dessert home made strawberry ice cream ( the ice cream maker has turned out to be a great buy)

B: banana porridge, coffee
L: cheese and Ryvitas and an apple
D: veggie chilli with brown rice and two plums
S: a bag of hippo lentil puffs, 2 glasses of white wine, lots of cups of tea and glasses of water

B - Banana
L - braised beef casserole with veg
D - roast beef sandwich with horseradish
Dairylea dunker, lentil crisps and a marmite cheese.
Copious amounts of tea as I was on my own in the office this afternoon.

B - muesli, kiwi, yoghurt (and a bit of milk and a spoonful of ground flaxseed, every morning)
A scoop of raspberry fruit ice from local farm
L - beetroot couscous salad, courgette salad, rocket, feta, olives
A couple of greengages, some Fever-Tree tonic and crackers
D - poached salmon, chard, potato gnocchi with pesto; plums

B: Weetabix with half a banana and blueberries, 2 cups if tea
An apple
L: lentil & bacon soup, handful of pistachios, fig with a dollop of marscopone and honey (thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful of this lunch)
Small glass of orange juice to take liquid iron
D: poached egg on toast with tomatoes and mushrooms

Might have a small glass of wine and/or a little bit of dark chocolate later

Nuttyaboutnutella DP had some ricotta and fig ice cream today, it was amazing. We bought half a litre home, it was so good!

I'm currently on a vegan whole 30 programme and have eaten-

A banana and a cup of no sugar almond milk coffee by cold brew

Brunch/lunch -Filmore and union vegan breakfast- sweet potato and lentil hash, avocado, roasted tomatoes, spiced tomato beans, beans boots, spinach, mushroom.
Almond milk latte.

Dinner- a vegan spiced coconut Dahl soup by 'Bol'.

Two salted seaweed thins.
Lots of water.

Awkward Squad where did he get hat from? Sounds delicious!

Today's food:
B: a boiled egg, and a croissant with apricot jam, 2 cups of tea
Small cake from MIL
L: homemade carrot and coriander soup, a fig with marscopone and honey
D: just had homemade pizza with black olives, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella, with a big salad and small glass of wine

Might have a little bit of dark chocolate later

Not a healthy day for me!
Porridge with raspberries
Pic n mix at cinema
Cheese Burger and loads of chips at Five Guys for lunch.
Fish fingers and beans for dinner.

Saturdays are always my day off from healthy eating so i’ll be back on it tomorrow.

Rice Crispies for breakfast as we had to get out of the house early. They never keep me going, and was starving by the time we had a very late lunch at about 4.30

2 chocolate biscuits

Vietnamese sharing starter with DP: salt & pepper squid and prawns, spring roll, summer roll, mango salad

Seafood noodles

G&T

Coffee / lemon tea / water

Prob will have cheese and biscuits later

Breakfast-sour dough toast and home made plum jam, coffee

5 clementines

Home made stuffed marrow( chorizo, manchego and tomato )

Tea will be- home made chicken balti, rice,onion bajji and a popadom.

Might have a bit of choc and a few sweets tonight.

Breakfast was a banana and an apple.

Lunch was scrambled egg and beans with fried mushrooms and onions.

Dinner was a wrap pizza (with ham, mushrooms, tomato, peppers and chillies on top).

I’ve also had a packet of ringo’s crisps and a chocolate rice cake bar.

Lunch: 2 crumpets, one with mashed avocado, one with cheese

Mid-afternoon: a mini vegetable samosa

Dinner: falafels with couscous and roasted veg

Nuttyaboutnutella it was from a local farm ice cream parlour, made with jersey milk. Lovely place.

Shared a largish bag of mixed nuts and raisins whilst driving
