I just looked and didn't find it, but have missed threads a few times as seem to always look in wrong place. If there is a thread please can you tag me in it?

MustardScreams · 27/05/2019 00:24

Well Green/SNP/PC/LibDem/ChangeUK have all based their MEP election campaigns on remaining/2nd ref so you’d be pretty ridiculous to vote for them unless you wanted to remain.

Drasticaction · 27/05/2019 00:24

@venturingback ... where! Just been out nothing

venturingback · 27/05/2019 00:25

Looking at the results for the south east, the remain votes if you add them up were more than the Brexit party...mmmmm

venturingback · 27/05/2019 00:27

@Drasticaction literally a few minutes ago, they will be coming back over. If you check the link you can track them. Seriously cool around 400 will be deployed over the coming time. So if you missed them tonight, you will get another chance.

Drasticaction · 27/05/2019 00:27

Emily thorn berry!!

Drasticaction · 27/05/2019 00:28

@Drasticaction sorry didn't post the link www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.space.com/amp/spacex-starlink-satellites-night-sky-visibility-guide.html

domton · 27/05/2019 00:28

@venturingback same for Wales, even with Labor and Tories excluded. 2 Brexit seats, but overall remain.

venturingback · 27/05/2019 00:30

Ooooo ChangeUK are talking about a collective again.

Haha, I just clicked on the BBC news page to look at the overall numbers - the headline is ‘Tories and Labour suffer in EU elections’ - I misread it as ‘Tories and Labour stuffed’ Grin thought it was refreshingly direct for the BBC

Cattenberg · 27/05/2019 00:32

I’m in the South-West.

The Brexit party came first, so Ann Widdecombe was elected. Ann Widdecombe, the former Prisons Minister, who had a policy of shackling women prisoners in labour (at least, those in early labour) and who supports the reintroduction of the death penalty.

I’m glad that Molly Scott Cato (Green) was re-elected. I’m sad that the excellent Clare Moody (Labour) wasn’t.

venturingback · 27/05/2019 00:33

North west

Change UK 47,237
Conservatives 131,002
Green 216,581
Labour 380,193
Liberal dems 297,507
Brexit party 541,843
The Lennon 38,000 something

Brexit party - 3
Labour - 2
Lib Dem's - 2
Green - 1

beeyourself · 27/05/2019 00:34

Sad times

bizzey · 27/05/2019 00:41

Watching bbc ..bloody hell , is Ann pissed !

venturingback · 27/05/2019 00:44

It really is a split, if you add the various remain parties not including the Labour or Conservative (obviously) then it is a straight 50/50 between remain and leave. So pretty much the same as the referendum (which was not a landslide or a majority bollocks). So we are still split as a country.... no wonder the country is divided. Half want to go and half want to stay. There really is no change.

Drasticaction · 27/05/2019 00:44

The only party that promised remain was lib Dems. .
But whilst they are increasing.... didn't win over leave. Still!

No split remain vote.

Drasticaction · 27/05/2019 00:46

Thanks venturing!

Didn't see anything but beautifully clear night.

venturingback · 27/05/2019 01:02

@Drasticaction Greens, Lib Dem's, ChangeUK, SNP all ran on a pro remain platform. You can not ignore the split in this country, I can't ignore that half the country want to leave, so please don't ignore the half that want to stay.

Drasticaction · 27/05/2019 01:08

I disagree.

If you want remain vote lib Dems. .

MustardScreams · 27/05/2019 01:09

@Drasticaction good job you’re not in charge of anything then isn’t it? Lib Dem are v clearly not the only remain party, as spelled out to you often on this thread.
