We do use loose leaf tea but also teabags for convenience . Up til now we have been happy with Twinnings Assam, but lately having been finding them variable and even bland . So asking for a good, strong flavour teabag. Any suggestions ?

You’re all wrong.

Sainsbury's "Taste the Difference" Kenyan tea bags. Good strong flavour and a nice kick to them.

Unfortunately, they seem to be getting harder to find...

Don't try any of those "Yorkshire" teas, they invariably taste metallic and disgusting.

Morrison's Decaf, great cuppa

HelpAFattieOutHere · 08/05/2019 22:26

Teapigs every day brew if I'm childless and it can be drunk hot.

If it's inevitably going to go cold and downed at the last minute, Mr Miles decaf

Twinings have definitely lowered their standards, though for me it was several years ago now that I realised it wasn't the same anymore.

thegrumpallo · 08/05/2019 22:40

Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Assam.

coconutcurls · 08/05/2019 22:46

Yorkshire or M&S gold

Whitney168 · 08/05/2019 22:47

Aldi Knightsbridge Gold (and this from someone who used to get teabags sent from Ireland). Totally converting, send brother in to stock up regularly.

AguerosAngel · 08/05/2019 22:47

Twinings Everyday teabags (they come in a yellow box), I can tell straight away if anyone tries to palm me off with any other teabags!

crazycatguy · 08/05/2019 22:49

Punjana! Only thought it available in NI and Scotland but Ocado now have them.

Reasonstobeearful · 08/05/2019 22:49
