I am wide awake because I have to be at the hospital at 7am, because I am having a baby today Grin

This is the end of a long road of fertility tests and IVF, so it feels surreal that she will finally be here in the morning (caesarean, hence why I know she'll be here soon!) I am so excited.

How am I meant to be able to sleep?! I feel like a small child at Christmas!

Argh!

No point to this post, I just wanted to share my excitement because I am bursting Grin

I’m sooo glad you’re in love with her, it’s the best feeling in the world and a very precious thing. Enjoy this special time with her.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Congratulations on baby Rose.

I'd just like to second what Curlywurly said about anaemia.

I had a c section and the on ward tests showed anaemia but it wasn't acted on either in hospital or by my community midwife. It was in my discharge notes. I explained that I was excessively tired to the community midwife and she said it was all part of being a Mum Hmm - didn't read my notes.

Thank Christ for my on the ball health visitor who actually listened to me...she checked my results and told me there and then that I was anaemic. Iron tablets prescribed and I was much better.

I was on one of the middle of the night threads that you posted on so I've been checking back to see how it went Bumble. So glad she's arrived. X
