I'm having a baby TODAY!

I am wide awake because I have to be at the hospital at 7am, because I am having a baby today Grin

This is the end of a long road of fertility tests and IVF, so it feels surreal that she will finally be here in the morning (caesarean, hence why I know she'll be here soon!) I am so excited.

How am I meant to be able to sleep?! I feel like a small child at Christmas!

Argh!

No point to this post, I just wanted to share my excitement because I am bursting Grin

Oh how wonderful. I remember that feeling well, my DD is now 3 and currently watching Noddy while playing mummy to her dollies ❤️.

Thank you all so much for such lovely messages, you are all so kind!

We are second on the list, and have been told that she's going to be here by about 10:30 Grin I've just got her little hat and first outfit out all ready for her. Eeeeeek, not long now!

Oh so exciting! I had my first baby 3 weeks ago and I would relive the moment he was born a million times over if I could. There really is nothing better.

Early May is the very best time to be born. It's a beautiful month with blossom everywhere and bluebells and birds building nests. And you get a disproportionate amount of weekend / bank holiday birthdays
