We don't have any, except Easter eggs. Maybe we should - DS is making his first holy communion this year.

I was educated in a religious school and remember Easter as sadness. I actually cried whilst singing There is a green hill far away. What 'decorations' would you use for that? Bloody thorns?

What is an Easter deck?

I buy chocolate eggs & send cards but that’s about it. Sometimes do craft with DD although she doesn’t seem as bothered now she’s older.

What are Easter Decks? We’re not church goers and are non believers. The only Easter things we have are Easter eggs and hot cross buns.

As we are atheists, nothing but it'd be rather poor taste to put anything up before Easter Sunday if you do observe Easter.

I don't.

And if you do, Easter is really late, this year. So late, school taxis have been confused and I've had to deal with the beforemath.

We always had an Easter tree when I was a child - eggs on a willow branch in a pot. And I'm a vicar's daughter so was definitely legit.

I've never heard of Easter decorations, but I don't know why people have to be so scathing. Just because the OP wants to do it doesn't mean anyone else has to!

I had to google as I’ve never heard of Easter decorations. There are Easter trees and hanging things, wreaths and bunting, table decorations and even big bunnies for the garden.
Every day is a school day, as they say.

Oh ffs. Not something else we’re expected to go OTT about. Easter trees??? 🙄
