My wife is dying

My beautiful, wonderful wife is only 33 and I'm sitting next to her bed in the hospice tonight watching her die. She's had cancer for a long time and I knew this was coming, but it's so very hard to watch.

I sat with my mum as she faded away on new years day and it was heartbreaking.

Thinking of you,your DW and your son op.

Keep talking to your DW, keep telling her she is loved and she can go.

We lost my dad nearly 2 years ago and when he passed,the almost beatific smile he heldmade me believe his mum, our Grandma, had come to collect him and guide him to rest.

Hope your DW has a peaceful and love filled passing xxxxx

SanJunipero, I've been in that situation my first wife of 35 years took her own life but its all the same, they are there then gone.

Very difficult to know what to say but be strong for her and the child.

And afterwards talk to as many people as you can about here and what happened - helped me a lot to greive like that.
