How attractive do you consider yourself to be

For your age, have you aged well, given up, had help, feel inner beauty, always felt ugly, means a lot to you, means nothing to you? Do you have good days, bad days?
Also any tips and advice to share.

Have up and down days.
Sometimes I feel like a super model, sometimes I feel like a troll.
I’m probably in between the two.
No one would stop me in the street to say I’m beautiful, but I’m healthy looking and well kept.
Probably about an 7

ZeroFuchsGiven · 10/01/2019 17:53

I'm a solid 10.

Finfintytint · 10/01/2019 17:55

In my fifties and think I look a bit like Rose West but I still see blokes occasionally doing a double take. It's about self esteem. I really don't care whether I'm seen as attractive or not. Just want to feel healthy.

DustyMaiden · 10/01/2019 17:55

Fat and ugly.

ImQuiteTakenAbackByThat · 10/01/2019 17:56

Sometimes I feel like a super model, sometimes I feel like a troll.

This.

As I've got older I look back of photos of myself in my teens/ early twenties and wish I knew how nice I looked then though- I was convinced I was a potato-troll creature and I really wasn't!

Disfordarkchocolate · 10/01/2019 17:57

Occasionally I catch a glimpse in the mirror and think I'm pretty but I look awful in pictures. Probably 5 out of 10 but it's not something I think about more than once every 6 months.

IhateBoswell · 10/01/2019 17:58

On a bad day, I feel a 5/6, on a good day I’d say a 7/8.
I’m 39 and have always had a young looking face, although I can see the shadowing under my eyes and the 11 between my eyebrows are more prominent now.

SauvingnonBlanketyBlanc · 10/01/2019 17:58

No make up.6.5
Make up 8.5 Grin
I look a bit younger than my age so I'm told.Im 39 soon but can pass for 30

messyhousetidymind · 10/01/2019 18:00

I am fat but not too wrinkly as a result.

Now I'm older I find it's much easier not getting the male attention I used to when I was younger.

Swings and roundabouts Smile

KennDodd · 10/01/2019 18:00

I'm gorgeous, the most beautiful person ever, or so my dog thinks.

Mulberryandthyme · 10/01/2019 18:01

I'm in my fifties. Look exactly my age I think, which I'm fine with. I'm healthy, fit and happy with how I look.

MunchMunch · 10/01/2019 18:05

U.G.L.Y!!

I have not aged well at all and I'm nearly 41. Sad
I have always felt ugly but looking back on photos when I was younger I wasn't as ugly as I thought I was. Sadly now, I am definitely as ugly as I think!
I'm short and really fat so a size 20/22 with bad skin and hair so I haven't taken cate of myself over the years and obviously that hasn't helped.

Drogosnextwife · 10/01/2019 18:06

A 10, I might be the first to push to an 11 Wink

SandrasAnnoyingFriend · 10/01/2019 18:08

I'd put myself at an 8, I'm at a good weight for me, dress well and am told I'm very attractive.

That said I have days where I drop to a 5 but I can also glam up to a 9+ on occasion.

I'm happy with how I look.

SandrasAnnoyingFriend · 10/01/2019 18:09

Forgot to say I'm about to turn 38

Sigh81 · 10/01/2019 18:12

Sometimes I think I photograph well, I do get people on the street coming up to tell me I am beautiful, I get male attention etc (though think this is more because I am smiley and redheaded, which seems to go a long way).

But I feel about a 5/6. My DH has always insisted I am "extraordinarily beautiful" but I don't see it when I look in the mirror. Ever. It's OK though - am not in a career where I need to be attractive Grin.

Littlechocola · 10/01/2019 18:15

Not very attractive but a blank canvas that I can dress up.

thinkingisharderthandoing · 10/01/2019 18:15

So, do you feel it's more about how you feel inside, confidence, attitude?
Do you feel good getting attention for your looks?

Noonemournsthewicked · 10/01/2019 18:19

A solid 6. If I was in a film I'd be Gretchen Weiners. At first you don't even notice me and then who knew I was so funny and actually you know I looked pretty good the last time you saw me.

Judashascomeintosomemoney · 10/01/2019 18:20

I’m happy to be able to say, I know I’m no super model (never was, never will be) but I’m totally fine with how I look. I would only say this under the anonymity of the Internet however, but, I think I’m ‘attractive’ to people precisely because I’m happy with myself and I’m confident and confident enough to be funny and outgoing. I’ve had no shortage of interest from the menz (not that that matters to me in all honesty, I found ‘the one’ years ago). But I’m also under no illusions that, if you didn’t know me you might look at me and think, well, er, she probably should lose some weight. But so what? I dress well, I’ve got nice skin, I’ve got good hair and I enjoy life the best I can, I’m very happy with my life and I think/hope it shows on the outside.

Cheekysquirrel · 10/01/2019 18:21

1-2, I always look dreadful. I’ve aged really badly and look a decade older than I am. I also look fat and unfit. Every time I see myself I despair so I try not to look and never have photos taken.
Probably other people don’t notice much because I think mainly you notice these things yourself don’t you? But I do always look ghastly on photos so would prefer them not to be taken!

Sigh81 · 10/01/2019 18:23

I feel pretty confident that I dress well and have nice hair/eyes. My stock response is "thank you, that's very kind". It does feel good to have people compliment my looks, but puzzling.

Am pretty confident about my personality and brains and that I am a good person. Maybe that is what comes across!

Surfskatefamily · 10/01/2019 18:23

I think i look terrible at 30...seem to get lots of lookers flirting with me tho despite not being intetested

costacoffeecup · 10/01/2019 18:24

bengalcat · 10/01/2019 18:24

I’m a 10
