There was a thread last year with a virtual NYE party and I can't see one at the moment so I thought I'd start one. I am bringing Matchmakers (mint) and shed loads of Heroes. Who else?

I was just after watching the Bily Connolly programme earlier and he said ' well, that's me had my cup of tea' and I felt all nostalgic.
Of course by all rights, I shoudl be out on the lash, necking Snowballs but am no longer in Scotland and am old.

lol @Baylis I am a bit shocked at the race and even transgender stuff... Amazing to think that was ok only a short while ago, bet it will get a lot of flaming now! I do have a soft spot for Ab fab though so I'll stick with it.

Its shocking at times what has been on tv in the past - I remember there was a black actor on Eastenders ages ago who went on a show (might have been Terry Wogan) and was told Keep opening your mouth, its like a piano lid opening and closing

I`m just emptying a bottle a glass of wine and contemplating dinner. Putting a pizza in the oven is too much effort right now.

I promptly fell asleep with the cat on my lap after my last post, woke up, washed up, caught up, but now I'm back!
Flow3r - the Mead is just proper, old fashioned mead - we get ours from a local farm shop, but this is the mead we had at our wedding instead of champers.

Pretty sure you can get it much cheaper from elsewhere, though!
